Great service from start to finish.

Have had to send items to Geneva over the past 3/4 years and have always been really pleased with their efficient service of home collections and deliveries. They use a few different couriers depending i think on the size /weight. I have found them cheaper than other options.

Website was simple to book on, and updates on parcel location easy to find. Price was good.

It was a way too long process. I been paid for my parcel to be delivered in 4 days time Ii took 19 days to arrive and additional 71 euro Very disappointed.

I was quoted for a parcel delivery to the Philippines. After the box had been delivered DHL claimed the box was bigger than stated. Despite them acknowledging the size of box used, it managed to increase in depth, length and height! Unfortunately, this created a 20% fee increase. Take your pick on responsibility, WPS or DHL?

I needed a parcel to be sent to EU and everything was done perfect thanks to Mr. Richard from Worldwide Parcel Services. I highly recommend their services which I will certainly use again myself!
