Everything went smoothly and parcel arrived safe and sound. Tax for used clothes to Spain is ridiculously high, not happy with that but nothing to do with the service.

Failed to collect urgent document. Emailed company - they arranged collection for the next day and guess what, they failed to collect again. Got refunded through PayPal. Won’t use again as my business depends upon documents being dispatched on time.
Picked up Friday afternoon in Edinburgh and delivered to a town outside Oslo in Norway by the following Thursday. Perfect.

I booked delivery Friday evening for a Monday pick up, package was going to Spain. Was picked up about 3pm Monday evening Asked courier when it would get to its destination he said tomorrow and I have to admit to laughing I heard at 10am the next morning that it had been delivered Amazing service and courier was really nice

Support was super helpful, negotiating some problems with export customs in an EU country clearing equipment for return to the UK. Will absolutely use again when required.
Had to print off 4 invoices.one for the courier and three attached to the parcel.Also no chance to speak to the Customer Service, only via emails.Never come accross sevice like that, definetly not using again.
