simple booking pleasant to deal with if ever an issue cheapest international shipments. we regularly use this service for shipments mainly between offices in Milan and Belfast and there has never been an issue. the parcel is usually handled by DHL so a quality of service is usually expected and is indeed shown

It didn't get booked!! Although we booked and paid for it, You can't phone anyone and talk to them to sort out so after messing around emailing it finally got picked up the next day. So not good service on that occasion.

Excellent service and very reasonable shipping fee

The parcel was collected from home with a reassuring comment "It's as easy as that"! It arrived at It's destination abroad very quickly and I was able to track it.

Not sure what went wrong. Our parcel went from the UK to Hungary, then to Austria and only then to Switzerland! Took more than two weeks instead of 4 days!

Expensive for private individuals but cost included collection from my home, but good service and the goods arrived in the Canary Islands within two weeks having cleared customs (I paid the duty online) and the parcel was in good condition. .

Second time I've used this company to send documents to South Africa, good service all the way and easily trackable for both sender and recipient.

Usually good, but on this occasion, my delivery was opened up and delivered to me half open, which led to some missing items. I immediately informed them but unfortunately ran out of time to make a claim (email was stuck in my junkmail so missed it), this is not about the claim, but Teresa from Cus Serv., didn't feel the need to still inform DHL regardless of a claim which I find to be unacceptable! How can they improve without honest feedback? Just Very POOR on this occasion

They picked up my items the day I emailed them after some trouble on their website/ with their phone number (of which they were very apologetic). It was the cheapest option for moving out of the country by several hundred pounds and all my stuff showed up so that’s huge.

Small print on tax was a joke my brother paid more than the package was worth in tax and you held the parcel for 1 week whilst you wasted time going over every item in our package disgusted with the service won't use you again for certain

My parcel was collected on time in London and to my great surprise was delivered in Cape Town South Africa three days later ! and in good condition. Very easy to navigate booking system as well. Highly Recommended
