My family still hasn’t reviewed the parcel, customer service was absolutely terrible. It has been going on for almost 3 weeks. Very disappointed.

Never had an issue and answer any queries fast

I shipped some personal items with the company years ago and didn't have any problems. This time around the shipment was delayed and when I inquired about it it turned out that I will have to send the intermediary company (DHL) a gazillion documents, some legally verified in order to be able to receive my belongings - all a monumental waste of money and time over a couple of boxes with used personal belongings. They could have at least informed me that at the other end I will be asked for a gazillion documents and to spend more money. Nobody did that.

Having unexpectedly sold a substantial eBay item (50 Kg) to a customer in Dubai I entrusted the entire shipping process to Worldwide Parcel Service who dealt with it brilliantly (using DHL). The consignment was in my customer's hands 4days after pickup and cheaper than eBay International service. Highly recommended

On the day of pick-up of my parcel the driver from DHL never showed up and never called, but had the nerves to tell WPS that they had been at the pick-up location, and that the parcel was not ready. The parcel had been ready for days, and the person handing it over was ready and available the whole day long. WPS did nothing to sort the collection the same day that was promised, instead they rebooked for the next day, not checking if that day suited me. What's worse; when I complained to WPS about the dishonesty that had happened, arguing that I should not pay in full for a service that had a guy stay at home for an additional day because of a drivers total dishonesty, they decided to cancel the whole shipment, arguing "their service did not suit me".
