Great service, first time using after Brexit, answered all my questions. DHL the company that actually handled my package, was great at answer my emails with my questions about customs and which steps to take regarding to get my package out of portuguese customs. Informed about the extra costs since the begining. After all the paperwork and payment of customs fees delivery within a day, the whole process took about 10 days to get through but I believe it was because it was my first time dealing with the new process, i'am positive that in the future the process will be slightly quicker. Will use it again if needed.

I can never ever fault this company, sending parcels to Australia is so easy. Sent one recently and it arrived just under one week which is amazing seeing as airlines still have a few issues with covid. Cannot fault this courier service from prices to service. Easy to track and they take good care of parcel. I send monthly parcels to New Zealand. Usually takes 5-6 days and they email receiver to let them know right from pick up to delivery. Thank you
