My Granddaughter turned me on to these tights.

Although the shipping wasn’t great and my package came totally destroyed from FedEx, and was also missing an item, Women’s Best definitely went above and beyond to help me fix my order. I was nervous that chatting through email would take weeks to refund my money or return the item, but within two days of starting the chat I got my refund and they helped with the case I created through FedEx. I was really glad they helped with their speedy response because OMG the clothes are soooooooo soft and soo worth it! I really wanted it to work out, so I’m glad it did. I will for sure be ordering from them moving forward. Keep up the great customer service!

I did reply on June 5 with the requested information and have confirmation that the message was sent. I was a bit surprised to see a public note suggesting otherwise, especially since I’ve been waiting for follow-up. The lack of a response was the reason I left the review in the first place. --- I’ve used Women’s Best Vegan Protein for years and always stocked up when I could, since it’s often out of stock for long periods. I recently ordered several tubs, only to realize the taste was noticeably different. After some digging, I found out the formula had changed—but this was only mentioned in the second-to-last bullet point of the product description. There was no clear indication in the title or anywhere easily visible. I contacted customer service and, to their credit, they approved a return despite being outside the return window. I responded with the requested info on June 5, but as of June 14, I’ve heard nothing back. No instructions, no return label—just silence. Really disappointed by the lack of transparency around the formula change and the lack of follow-up.

I never have any problems ordering (except when Vanilla is "out of stock"). The product usually arrives within 2-3 days. I've been using this protein powder for 5+ years.

I had to make some changes due to size issues and Alice's customer service was very attentive, fast and easy. I love their clothing line, they are of good quality and the variety of colors is very beautiful. The prices are also very reasonable. 100% recommended.

I ordered 5 items in there mid season sale. I needed to return 3 as I ordered the wrong size so I agreed to a giftcard. It took nealy 9 days to arrange a pick up from fedex because you cant just post them back and now im ordering the same items just a difference size within the same promotion and they have gone up in price and apparently there was a different promotion on the time I ordered which isn't true. I am going back and forth via email for 2 days and now I cant get a refund of the gift card. Its so unfair on your customers! I will not be ordering again after this voucher is used up.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE everything thing i bought. But I have a suggestion, if you can please please please make mid rise leggings for us short torso girls. The high/ultra high rise is a couple inches away from touching my boobs…..

I absolutely love this company as a matter of fact I have a package being delivered this Friday however I'm extremely disappointed that I'm not getting my complete order of three only one with the refund which I appreciate but I really want my products instead of the money back when I ordered it was in stock I don't know what happened and why I was still shipped only one product I was not notified I would've canceled the order and reordered when everything was in stock together what I purchased I like to use together and I will be reordering my two items as soon as I get the alert that they're back in stock after refund is deposited back into my account
