I ordered four nutritional items for around $86 from WB on 6/1. It arrived within a couple of weeks. However I just received a bill for customs tariffs from FedEx that come to $64 total. Their site indicates: “For orders under $800, Women’s Best covers any customs duties and tariffs on your behalf — so you can shop worry-free.” This clearly isn’t the case if I’m getting a bill for these ridiculous fees.

I absolutely love their clothes — great quality and always a perfect fit. I just had a small issue with one item, but the customer service was amazing. I received a refund within 2 hours of getting in touch. The whole process was quick, professional, and stress-free. It’s clear they really value their customers. Highly recommend!

I ordered 7 leggings, and 6 were in poor condition. One had broken seams, and the others were stretched out, as if someone else had tried them on. One of the leggings wasn't in the package; it never arrived. I've already returned it. I hope I get my money back. I'm sad because it was an activewear brand I had high hopes for. :( Plus, they charged me $50 USD at customs to get it into my country. I feel like I lost more money, and that makes me sad. :( I have already requested a refund and sent the package with all the items I received.

This is my favorite line of women’s athletic wear. Everything I have gotten is absolutely beautiful, and looks amazing on my body. Prices are affordable as well. Don’t hesitate to try!

I really like this brand. Their clothes are great quality at a good price point. One time when I wore a matching work out set on vacation, I was stopped in the elevator on my way back from the gym and complimented on the set. Would recommend them over Alo especially for sweats. My alo sweats started pilling after just a couple washes (hang-dried) & the inside is rough and worn. My sweats from Womens Best have lasted several washes (hang-dried as well) without any visible wear & tear. Also the inside is still so soft as if new. I also get complimented on my sweat sets & even had a friend buy the same ones after seeing me wear mine.

I had 2 times problems with leggings. Which is annoying but the customer service was fast to reply and give a satisfying solution. I'm very happy

I originally placed an order on June 7. It’s currently June 27 and I have no updates of if the order has been shipped or not and I haven’t received anything. Very unhappy with this shipping process.

I have ordered from WB website multiple times in the last year, after the retailer who sold their products in Iceland stopped last year. I am always happy with what I get, their vegan protein is the best in my experience (cookies and cream 😋) and I've tried plenty. I recently ordered some pre-workout and one of the flavors I got expires next month. It also looked a bit lumpy to me. I contacted costumer service mostly to ask if it was OK to consume, and they got back to me the next day (there is a time difference so I'm not bothered). They said it was fine but gave me a refund anyway. The pre-workout is fine, watermelon lime flavor and totally delicious. I also love their rewards program! I get points for ordering and can use them for a discount next purchase. I always order enough to get free shipping (not hard to do) and then I pay a toll fee (cause Iceland) but it is still cheaper than getting these products from a retailer in Iceland (I also cannot start trying out protein powders again, WB is my brand!). 12/10 I always recommend WB!

It won't let me log in to the app with my user and password from the browser. I do not understand the point system. I got an email saying I had early access, but I could not figure it out until I logged into my account. Love the clothes though great quality. The website needs work.

Easy to navigate the site, fast and reasonably priced shipping. Received my order less than a week after I placed it. Love this company and its products!
