This is one of the friendliest and most helpful companies I have dealt with. After a hiccup with my first order where a slight wrong address was put on the package and a DHL driver chucked my order over a neighbours gate whilst they were on holiday and I wasn't able to retrieve it, the people in the customer care centre were really helpful trying to help me sort out a replacement. Yasmin in particular went above and beyond to try and sort things out for me, keeping in contact and updating me at every stage to make sure the coaguchek machine I ordered arrived before my hospital appointment, which it did. Thank you!

Ordered last Friday, was told that the order will be with me maximum on Monday. They then did not send the order and I had to call them on Monday to see what was happening. At this point I was told I would need to send another signature and they would send out the order. After this I was told it would be sent out again. Then received an email saying payment needs to be made on Tuesday before it can go out so again I was given the wrong information. Now I have lost a loyal customer due to their incompetence. I don't mind having to send additional signatures or making payment up front this is all standard, its the misinformation given and false promises of deliveries by a certain day. There are many better companies providing supplies with much much better service such as MEDISUPPLIES, MEDICALSUPPLIES, PRIMARYCARESUPPLIES. Never had a problem with any of the above. I would not have left this review if I had actually been followed up on and they tried to do something for me but it felt like they do not even care.
