WARNING do NOT order from this company! I placed an order and submitted an instant payment for it to be automatically cancelled by Williams! My telephone calls were picked up by an answering service or were added to a queue only to be disconnected! Initially my emails were unanswered, further to correspondence from me threatening a dispute through the bank I received a reply assuring my refund was being processed! Even more worryingly I was sent a screenshot of the refund being processed (inaccurate information on the screenshot) Needless to say I am still waiting for my money back! I have raised a dispute with the bank and have reported this as fraud! My next steps will be to contact the police and initiate a criminal investigation! I would urge everyone who has been a victim of this company to do the same, or please contact me! This is clearly theft and deception and I refuse to allow Williams to get away with this!! REPLY to the response below from Williams: In relation to the submission of a professional Pin Number i did provide you with my registration details when i submitted my order! You cancelled this order without notification and also held onto my funds. At the point at which you cancelled my order payment should not have been taken, given there was no transaction. Your endless list of negative reviews are testimony to your unethical approach to customer care! Take some responsibility and learn from the poor feedback you are receiving from so many unhappy customers!

Ordered supplies for my workplace and it delivered on time, supplied was left near the reception, which was appreciated, our order box was pack nicely by Katrina, appreciate the secure package of our bought items with added air cushions to avoid damages.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Send out faulty goods and fail to respond within a reasonable time. Eventually got a response and promised a refund but nothing so far and not responding to emails again.

I ask Rachael if you dont have the product at least a substitute i rarely use this company because of these issues. I know yall have substitutes yall just don't want to look for any she cut me off nonchalantly and wasn't even trying to help at all. This company use to be tge best but now with all the good people yall have let go it is catastrophic and horrible

I have a Roche Coaguchek device and required a box of lances (your charge = £2.20/50 per box net of VAT). You are the only supplier. Your charge for delivery is £5.99 (net of VAT) irrespective of size/cost of product. As I am not a company and cannot reclaim VAT I was forced to buy 4 boxes to make it more economical. Therefore the total came to £17.75 (VAT £2.96) for an initial requirement of 50 lances which will last me 2 years, so they are likely to see me out (I am 75)! So not impressed by the postal charges for an item costing such a small amount!
