Fast and efficient service, would give 5 stars if invoices were submitted monthly rather than individual as i can receive up to 20 a month that need reconciling too

Excellent customer service, fast delivery, an issue with the price of the device was sorted out very quickly and easily. Would have given 5 stars but it wasn’t obvious from the website that payment of VAT wasn’t applicable to an order for personal use.

Absoloutly rubish so called credit control team, it’s been 6 weeks I returned the goods but still no refund. Chased them up 8 times and Everytime they are making excuses of sending refund today tommorow this week.

I placed an order by telephone, and it was delivered first thing the following morning. The customer service is excellent from Williams.

would be better with more pictures of the item and inc the packaging so we are ordering the correct items we prefer. often says order lost and then comes through with order confirmation! can be confusing. usually quick delivery.
