Have purchased many Wittner shoes and have always been happy with the fit and always comfortable.
Gorgeous and oh so comfortable party shoes.
easy size exchange. staff helpful. beautiful quality product
Very helpful
The shoes were delivered quickly, were perfect in size and so well made and being on special, great value.
I had a problem with receiving my voucher. It is impossible to speak to ANYONE at Wittner - calls not returned, phones not answered. The voucher can only be used to purchase shoes online - not instore at all. I need to try shoes on as my feet are extremely narrow. Buying shoes only online is not satisfactory as I would be required to pay for return postage or to travel 250 kms to my nearest store to return to a shop. Very unsatisfactory service.
Great shoes and delivery was AMAZZING
I often order Wittner shoes online because I know they will be of good quality, look how they appear in the picture, and shipped quickly.
Comfort Plus! Needed some sandles for a wedding with a small heel. The sandles I bought on line were exactly as described and the colour was true too! Really comfortable and the leather is so soft I don't have to break them in! Thank you!
Great shoes 👠
Staff were quick to deal with organising new sizes to be delivered and were very helpful ! 🤗great customer service !
I emailed to query a split order and am yet to receive a reply. I ordered 22FEB and emailed query 23FEB. No reply to this day 12MAR.
My shoes arrived quickly and are exactly what I wanted
Great show every comfortable and stylish
Prompt delivery and great shoes.
Boots were very narrow in the foot so did not fit despite going up a size. There was no information in the description to indicate this. Retuned boots & was advised that I could not get a refund despite all packaging intact etc. Given all your shoes are designed with the same narrow foot, Gift card is useless. Enjoy your free $150.
Returning of the shoes was easy however the only complaint i would make is that you are unable to use your credit in a David Jones store that has a Wittners shoe area in it. Or that the credit could go back into the account that you used to purchase the shoes.
Wittner provided a great sevice
Ordered them in the morning and the by the next morning they were on my doorstep!
Shoes are to narrow. Not recommended at all.
Great quality and quick service will be back
