When I was ordering on my phone I accidentally clicked on two different sizes for same shoe in different colours. I received a phone call from the kind lady who was organising my order. Instead of ordering two by size 38 I ordered one at size 38 and one at size 35. I was so impressed that someone took the time to call me to question my order. To the very observant lady thank you so much, you are a great ambassador for the Wittner brand. Merry Christmas and again many thanks Kind Regards Margaret Stephens
