Impossible to talk to Wittner's on the phone
I had a problem with receiving my voucher. It is impossible to speak to ANYONE at Wittner - calls not returned, phones not answered. The voucher can only be used to purchase shoes online - not instore at all. I need to try shoes on as my feet are extremely narrow. Buying shoes only online is not satisfactory as I would be required to pay for return postage or to travel 250 kms to my nearest store to return to a shop. Very unsatisfactory service.
