Super easy and a lot cheaper than any of competitors. I was looking all night for insurance and wasn’t having any luck with out a huge down payment.

I paid for insurance around 2ish and then got pulled over later that night around 8:30 and the police tells me he pulled me over for not having insurance. I showed him my proof of insurance thru the Hugo website and he called the number and got in touch with someone name Laura only for her to say that I DO NOT HAVE ANY VALID INSURANCE so because of that the officer TOWED MY CAR!! So what insurance did I pay for 2weeks to not even be valid!!

Hugo is the best way to go

I have been using Hugo for little over year andI like the payment options and the fact that if I have to go without insurance for a period of time I can when I get the funds again just simply sign in and restart. I believe this to be a great and convienant option and no other insurance is doing that as far as I know. Now it could mprove in the atra of having customer service available by phone or the ap during holidays weekends and after hours, but not if this is going to raise rates. Id imagine there be people willing to on a volunteer basis for free to be customer service agents, I know I wuld.
