It's easy to use and setup
It's easy to use and setup and a fantastic option for people that don't need coverage for the entire month. I drive my personal vehicle maybe 5 days out of the month on average and with Hugo I can just pay for what I need. I recommend it to everyone I can.

Beware of the Fine Print and Surprise Rate Increases
They do not offer full coverage, not to mention they cancel coverage the SAME exact day you miss a payment. My payment was due to go through at 433am (i was sleeping) I just happened to wake up and check my coverage it was canceled and they increased the rate. I paid at 906am. I am an Army veteran and have never had insurance without full coverage until an associate paid for my insurance for the past 6 or 7 months, LIED that it was full coverage, stopped and I had to find a way to pay. I also got hit with a $500 fine from PA the last time I couldn't afford payment. For the FIRST time today I saw an extension button, which they do not offer/advertise when you look like you will be late, you have to stumble across it. The extension comes with huge stipulations if you do not pay the three days owed at the time that the three days end. I will be changing my insurance ASAP. I contacted support and was told it may take 24 hours.
