I absolutely love the convenience affordability and ease of this insurance carrier I was in a financial crunch needed instant insurance but didn't want to pay out the wazoo so I gave Hugo insurance a try and so far I've had a great experience I haven't had to file a claim thank God and hope I never have to but I'll update you later if my opinions of this insurance company changes. But so far great insurance company!

Absolutely everything was great! I especially appreciate the pay as I go option. However, I did find it hard to explain that yes other adults use my address but we don't drive each other's cars and have our own bills separately. My son is out of country military. He only uses address for state side residency. It said my insurance wouldn't go up if I was honest about who they are and it did go up and that shouldn't be my responsibility to add other people unless they drive my car or I'm married to them or my under age child!
