Winn-Dixie Stores Reviews

It’s really online the app is good sometimes but recently it has been a headache can’t use your points then you Refresh your app you lose everything please update it for everyone can at least use the app everyone doesn’t like going to shop in store my kids do I don’t lines be out of control not enough workers

Long lines, no help from manager, left my cart. I am thru wasting my time at this store.

I stopped by WD on my way home to pick up a few things including a quick dinner. I got a few wings and tater tots from the deli area. When I got to the checkout the checker realized I had been charged $16.99 for very little food and explained that the container had a code on the bottom that assumes the container is packed full. She needed a manager and none were in sight so I waited while she checked another customer and she took me to the desk to get this corrected. The "customer service" person said she was too busy and walked off. I got tired of waiting and left. This store has been torn down and rebuilt over the years, but it remains dreary. They have been slowly eliminating national name brands and filling in with SG generics. It has the look and feel of a failing business. The only high point is some (but not all) of their meat. This is my last trip to this store though it is closer to my house than Publix. This place is failing and needs to close.

Winn-Dixie just isn’t what it used to be. The store is always poorly stocked, and half the time things are expired or almost out of date. The aisles are cluttered, and it feels like no one ever works the registers. I always end up waiting forever to check out.

Shelves half empty, produce look old, and prices ain't even worth it no more. Cashiers rude like you bothering them, and the lines slow as hell. Store always a mess too. Used to be decent, now it’s just trash. Done shopping here.

Hi once again I still want answer has to why you closed the Winn Dixie in lake whales for some store to going in there would answer to the ??? And I will ask again

I purchased cryovac beef tenderloin from Winn Dixie. The beef looked great. When I started to defrost it, the house started smelling really bad. It was not even half defrosted when I realized that it was the rancid meat. It looked great and Winn Dixie did provide a full refund but I was wondering what kind of quality control they do on cryovac beef. I will not be purchasing anything that is packaged this way in the future.

The service is excellent, I love it very much. I was served by a lady named Martha, she is very kind, helpful and she solves everything for you.

Worst place 2 shop & buy liquors. They are more expensive than Publix. I have shopped there since I was a child, but now no more. They r ride & accused me of racism, which if anyone knows me I'm a Muslim & racially difersed. I speak 4 languages. I consider myself a mutt. My hubby speaks 7 languages. Winn Dixie has no values what so ever. It's my hubby birthday & I simply went inc2 buy liquor. Keep in mind I spend all my money there 4 liquor there so do my friends, patients m, family members. I know alot of people in port Charlotte. I also teach drivers education 2 scared kids that don't want to drive. I was called a racist rude woman and was escorted out the door. I will never shop their again the nursing home I work for makes me buy the liquor there as well. Please don't shop there I'm notifying everyone in Florida not to do so. I'm letting the Governor know what they did to me. My son as I mentioned works for our Governor. DeSantis will know about this as well. Karma is a -itch it will bite u on your bottom WD I'm also calling thr BBB on them on Monday when I go 2 my cancer patient in the am & pm patients. Will notify all my hospitals and associates, as well. You will lose your business 1 way or the other. PHP

This review is for store #0349 Today, I went to buy some groceries and play the lotto in Winn-Dixie at 5600 West Sample Road, Margate, FL. When I got to the lotto machine, I placed my $5.00 in the machine and started picking my lotto, but the machine was not responding. I tried again, and the machine was not responding and locked up. I asked a lady who works there to please help me. When she saw the machine screen frozen, she immediately stated you broke the machine. I was like, what are you talking about? How can I break the machine?? She kept on saying you broke it, she reset the machine, and I was waiting there. After about 15 minutes, I said, "Can I get my $5.00 back, please? She replied with a firm tone, "No, I need to get it out of the machine. I can not just give you the $5.00. I was agitated and thought about where is customer service. She had training for outstanding customer service, but it failed her today, and I lost $5.00. This has been lost for some time now. Customer service is out the window. I kept waiting and told her I needed to leave for work since you would not return my money. So Winn-Dixie, you made an extra $5.00 due to poor customer service. Thank you. Maybe Channel 7 would be like this story about no customer service anywhere.

This comment is for the CEO Anthony Huker. Your Winn-Dixie application for discounts and so on is terrible. I've been shopping with Winn-Dixie for many years and the card system works so much better. We as customers would rather have the card back because the application that's on your phone first off is hard to download and can't even work in the store I'm not the only one that complains about it. We need to do better thank you

All I can say it YUCK! Besides the store being filthy, we bought a $30 chuck roast with a weird chunk of white hard stuff that was stringy in side. It was not fat or bone. I have never seen anything like that in all my years of cooking. I will never buy anything there again. This store is in North Fort Myers, FL on Bay shore Road.

APP ISSUE I know ya'll are aware of this.Still love the bogo but seriously the app is awful & makes me not want to shop here. Publix has no problems ever with their app. Please get someone to fix this. I'm headed there now but I know exactly what I'm getting & I'm out. Thanks!

INCOMPETANT. A BIG FAT 0. NOTHING ELSE. WORST STORE. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB. NOOOOOOO!

Hi, the experience was okay up until one of your workers. Thats always in a pink jacket behind the customer service counter didn't have such a nasty ass attitude . Like her face ain't already ate tf up. Instead of her helping her co-worker refund some groceries. She ignores her ,and goes to next register complaining about it instead of actually doing her job the hell. She let me in my friends know that day she don't like her job. But your the one applied, nobody else did or forced you to smh.!!!

The store in Cocoa Beach Canaveral Plaza is the worst in the area. At one time, after the reopening after a hurricane, the store had great potential. The staff was great, always helpful and willing to provide wonderful customer service. In the last year or so, no seems to care. Products are moved to new locations every other month it seems. When you ask an employee where the item is located, no one knows or they do not carry it any longer. There is a woman at the self check out who has a terminate scowl on her face and has to be one of the rudest people. I hate to point out but blond hair. For instance, I was standing near the self check out looking at my grogery list before actually getting in line. In front of other customers, she yelled across from the other side of the aisle and said what are you doing? I said I am about to check out but looking at my list. She replied you cannot stand there and block everyone. There were no other customers there. Another time I forgot my wallet in the car after self-checking out asked her if she could put a hold on this while I ran to the car to get my wallet I moved the now full cart to the side and she acted like I was going to run out of the store stealing the entire cart when I had already asked her if I could leave the cart right there. Rude. The customer service "counter" is anything but. Again an older man is working who knows nothing about customer service. When asked for a specific item, he said what color is that? I replied if you are working at customer service you should be aware of products by name. Ended up walking out without purchasing the items I intended to buy. Aldi is purchasing Winn Dixie but unfortunately, this store will remain Winn Dixie and most likely under the horrible management that exists there today. Someone should take note and make some changes. I hate to complain about people who are simply trying to make a living, however, it would appear that moving people to other positions where customer contact is minimal would be a better situation for everyone.

7915 S Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33405, Phone +1 561 585 5720 Local W/D has been struggling for years, located in a half empty shopping center. One employee did greet us while shopping. This location has been purchased by Aldi, but will continue under the management (?) of Winn/Dixie South East Grocers. Noticeably, product locations have been shifted around the store in early 2024. Three or four other shoppers agreed that they were having difficulty finding what they were shopping for. Employees at front of store are overburdened at checkout. No smiles, it is a grim & sad store. Another shopper helped us locate an item we tried to find. Plan to spend double the time, because you will need to cover every aisle and still may not find what you need.

Giving the Winn Dixie in Valdosta, GA two stars is actually an improvement over what I would have given it for the last two years. There have been major changes in personnel in the last couple of months, and I've seen positive changes in customer service and quality control. They still have room for improvement, but attempts are being made to improve the store, Thank you!

The selection was good bit the employees are generally indifferent to customers. No smiles or asking if you are finding averting you're looking for. Our cashier had the vibe that we were greatly inconveniencing her by going through her register. This was at the Destin, Florida store.

My first time in a Winn- Dixie (Crystal River) and I am disappointed: The vegetables (asparagus e.g) looked as they have seen better days, so the fish I wouldn't recommend to eat. My conclusion: never again
