Ich bekomme immer Überweisung auf konto wir aber von Western union bank nich gutgeschrieben erst mus ich beweisen wo das geld kommt dann wir ca nach 1 Woche der Überweiser eine Brief geschickt wo die das geld bekommen haben dann wartes du das es auf Konto gutgeschrieben ist dann wir das geld an überweisenden zurück überwiesen nach 14 tage die arbeiten mit dein gelt abzocke habe das Konto 3 Monate alles Gelder wurden nicht auf Konto gutgeschrieben
Hatte nach Thailand 1000€ versendet, "In Minuten" wurde zu in Tagen. Diesmal nur 50€ in die Türkei versendet, In Minuten wurde wieder zu Tagen. Dieser Service ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Absolut unnützig, so ein Kleinstbetrag über 1 Tag warten zu lassen. Das ist in meinen Augen schon Betrug. Wenn dort In Minuten steht, erwarte ich auch, dass es eingehalten wird. Nur Probleme.

Estoy realmente decepcionado de western unión, teníamos una emergencia y mi sobrina de mexico nos hizo una transferencia de dinero era a mi cuenta bancaria en elektra mediante western union y cuando fuimos a ventanilla a una sucursal de western unión en houston tx dijeron que no aparecía en el sistema. De alli han pasado varios meses y ese dinero no se ha podido recuperar. Le han pedido mi ID la cual mande porque yo tengo dos nombres y ella dio solo uno , la mande y que la quieren por los dos lados, a lo cual le.dije que mejor pidiera su dinero para atrás ya que se que hay mucho fraude y no quise ya mandar mas de mis datos, aun asi a ella ni le han dado su dinero para atrás, ahora le piden mis datos completos, lugar de nacimiento, lugar de trabajo y el que me desempeño. Todo eso para que si ya ella solo está pidiendo su dinero para atras??? Esto fue en la sucursal de san pedro coahuila, decepcionante servicio. 3 meses han pasado y nada que lo resuelven

Try to send a money order to an insurance co. They returned it stating that they do not except money orders. Trying to get a refund from Western Union but just getting the run around. WU is saying it's too late to cash it, but it was out of our hands (in the mail) for a few weeks before we got the money order returned to us . I guess we'll have to contact the Better Business Bureau and the MA Attorney General about this
Da una settimana cerco di inviare 1900 euro in Madagascar. Completo il form e mi dice di caricare un documento solo che l'opzione "carica" è grigia e non permette di accedere per il carico del documento. Chiamo l'assistenza che mi dà una mail cui inviarlo. Procedo. Succede nulla. Richiamo mi dicono che servono 48 ore. Aspetto 4 giorni e riprovo. Stessa situazione. Chiamato poco fa rispondono dall'Egitto. Chiedo di parlare con l'Europa. Silenzio totale non risponde nessuno. Settimana scorsa ho anche dichiarato disponibiltà al sondaggio sulla qualità del servizio. Neppure qui nessuna risposta. Personale non addestrato che fornisce risposte banali. Ho lavorato 35 anni in una banca qualcosa ho imparato... Il software del sito ha molti margini di miglioramento. Anche la traduzione in italiano dei vocali è scadente... Esperienza negativa. Mi tocca andare in una filiale col contante. Ricordo loro che siamo nel 2025 e da tempo abbiamo perfino l'Ai. Fatevi coraggio ce la potete fare anche voi. Caso mai fatevi aiutare da chi ha un po' di esperienza con l'informatica. Mai più WUnion
I bought a WU Money Order to pay for something but didn't use it, so I deposited it in my bank account. The WU didn't pay!!! I'm trying to get my money back for more than one month, and the Agents on chat lie or want to refund me, to pay a 10% fee. NOT REFUND, this is ridiculous because they want to charge me for their fault!!! I want my money in my bank account. I will never use that company again.

My mother, an elderly woman, withdrew the amount of 3,160.97 MAD at this branch. Unfortunately, upon returning home, she discovered that the cash she had received was short by 800 MAD. Key details: • Date & Time: September 5, 2025 – 09:53 AM • Location: Cash Plus Sidi Boujida2, 59 Jnane Twazi, Fez • Transaction Amount: 3,160.97 MAD • Missing Amount: 800 MAD • Issue: The agent counted the money and handed it over, but the amount given was incomplete. My mother also confirmed that she did not sign to acknowledge receipt of the funds. I kindly request you to: 1. Review the security camera footage from the stated time and location. 2. Verify the transaction records and receipt, including whether a signature was recorded. Depuis hier j’essaie de faire des payement mais je ne comprend pas il me semble que quand je met ma carte on me dit que la carte a été déjà enregistré je fais tout avec western union alors essaie de réglé le problème pour que je puisse faire mes transfert merci

Le taux de change est pas bon surtout par rapport aux autres services On effectue des transfert tout les mois aucun privilège n’est accordé et des frais très élevées toujours en comparant avec les autres services de transfert sur le marché
