I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding a transaction that took place on September 5, 2025, at 09:53 AM at your Cash Plus Sidi Boujida2 agency, located at 59 Jnane Twazi, Fez, Morocco. My mother, an elderly woman, withdrew the amount of 3,160.97 MAD at this branch. Unfortunately, upon returning home, she discovered that the cash she had received was short by 800 MAD. Verify the transaction records and receipt, including whether a signature was recorded. Given the seriousness of this incident and the vulnerability of my elderly mother, I ask you to investigate urgently and provide clarification and resolution.
