Ive made a transfer since septiembre 3, 2025 and till these day septiembre 8, 2025 the reciever has not gotten the transfer. Ive called 1(800)325-6000 (Customer service) and the answer the provide me is,” the money is in process” yet it’s been 5 days and nothing. I have not been provided with anymore info regarding my issue…

The money has never arrived in the account and the customer service just kept repeating that they couldn’t investigate it -it has been appalling service and very stressful and I will not be using your services again when there are other providers that have better customer support .

Most difficult thing i ever had to do was use this site to send money. I used site to find place to pick it up, it is wrong, none of the places close on the map really had a pick up location. And then it said no I.D. required if use a question answer, but the place actually tried to do both, question then scan am I.D. so they lie on the site about it when say no i.d. needed. Cost way too much for such a hassle to send money 3 hours away. Not like it's even out of state or out of the country. So when I ask to cancel the transfer, THAT NEVER EVEN OCCURED, you want 7 days to return my money that went NO WHERE. What a huge money maker you have keeping my money for interest while you dont even give it to the intended person. Shouldn't even be allowed, should be illegal to hold my money when it took 2 seconds to take it out of my account.

Drugi, Port Łódź, Inmedio, zmiana wynajmującego który nie posiada licencji. Trzeci, Grupa finansowa Extender, na stronie do godziny 18, na miejscu do godziny 17, pocałowałem klamkę. Czwarty, bank PEKAO SA, Piotrkowska 288, placówka przeniesiona. Zastanawiam się w takimi razie po co w ogóle umieszczane są jakiekolwiek informacje skoro żadna nie jest wiarygodna.

However, I on 8/18/2025 I went to pick up the money that my wife sent me while I was on vacations in Burundi ( Africa ) and I was given one old bill of US $ 100. When I reported this incident to Western Union, they could not assist me and now I just lost $ 100. So, when it comes to credibility and dependability, Western Union has nothing. I won't recommend Western Union to anyone based on their poor dependability.
