I used to do the transaction with western union and never had problem and very recently I did the transsaction and it was smooth and prompt.the information they required fro verification to revive was quickly handled

Will not cash there own check… why you ask. Because it was paid to the order of my middle name and last name and not my first name( that I don’t go by and nobody know me as) My ID has my full name on it. I don’t see why there is a problem. You guys are one of the worst company’s to ever be trusted with money! Scamming, people on a daily saying my card was decline after you already withdrawal the money from my account. It’s been ten day still says pending an I don’t have access to that money and it’s my money not yours. Would of never happen it you agents could understand English, I suggest fixing this issues

La aplicación iba lenta y fallaba muchas veces. Me fue imposible hacer el envío de dinero por Western Union. Lo intenté haciendo el pago por cuenta bancaria y por tarjeta de débito, pero de las 2 formas, siempre daba error. Al final me dejó, pero no me descontó el dinero de mi cuenta. Aparentemente estaba todo correcto, pero el dinero seguía en mi cuenta del banco. Así que volví a hacer el envío y después de varios intentos que daba error, me dejó enviarlo. Y en esta ocasión, sí me descontó el dinero de mi cuenta. Pero aparecía como si hubiera hecho 2 envíos de dinero a la misma persona. LLamé para que anularan el "primer" envío pero tardaron 30 días en anularlo. La aplicación de Western Union siempre da fallos. No la recomiendo

This app/program is so slow as to be unusable. I have to constantly back up and start over to finally finish a transaction. I have used this program for a year to send money to family overseas and it is so frustrating that I wish I had an alternative that would be accepted in remote thailand. Please hire a real programmer to rewrite this so that it can be used. Thank you.

Nie wieder das Geld über Western Union senden. Taptap Send ist viel besser und effektiver, und nicht mit Western Union zu vergleichen. Bei WU kann eine Transaktion bis zu 4-5 Tage dauern, was extrem nervig ist. Was passiert wenn das Geld für einen Notfall gebraucht wird? Es wird keine Lösungen gefunden und keine Hilfe wird angeboten. Also nie wieder mit WU.

I needed a refund for my money order.I put in the request online.I was told to go into walmart for my refund. They told me I had to come back another day because it had not processed yet. I came back and they told me a check will be mailed to me in 15 days. I never received the check. I called western union multiple times to ask the status. Long story short, after 5 times going back to Walmart, they finally told me and that there was never a check being sent out. I needed to ask for a money pick up, not a refund. That I worded it wrong. At no time did they tell me over the phone, in person or my email confirmation that I needed to ask for a money pick up instead of refund. A long drawn out process that could have been avoided with proper communication.

Western Union. Kindly Assist in receiving money transferred into my mobile wallet ( M-PESA). The money has been processing for a long time and that money is very important. it is such an inconvenience to wait for 1 - 5 days for money that's not even guaranteed to come further more the customer care aren't really helping. Kindly Help me receive that money.

Andava tutto bene, poi ad un certo punto mi hanno bloccato tutto chiedendomi documenti anche personali e cose assurde, capisco tutelare il cliente, ma questa è una esagerazione. Io non do documentazione od informazioni a persone che non conosco, quindi ho dovuto rinunciare ad un servizio che mi aiutava a sostenere dei familiari, troverò altro. State attenti.

This is the worst money transfer experience I have ever had. I tried to transfer money three days ago through their app and they kept send me emails and messages on daily bases about messing data which they didn't ask for from the beginning. I will not ask for a refund because I know It will be a waste of time

I have had a very frustrating experience with Western Union. I made multiple payments, and each time the money was taken out of my bank account, but then Western Union declined the transfer. When I contacted customer support, I was told that the money had not been received on their end. However, my bank app and statement clearly show that the money was deducted. This is extremely stressful, as I am left out of pocket and without any clear resolution. I expected a reliable service, but instead I am left chasing both Western Union and my bank to find out where my money has gone. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.

Da novembre sono bloccata su WU, non riesco mai a finire di compilare il questionario, e ho parlato decine di volte con il Customer service, senza soluzione. Cosa devo fare? Grazie
