I needed a refund for my money order.I…

I needed a refund for my money order.I put in the request online.I was told to go into walmart for my refund. They told me I had to come back another day because it had not processed yet. I came back and they told me a check will be mailed to me in 15 days. I never received the check. I called western union multiple times to ask the status. Long story short, after 5 times going back to Walmart, they finally told me and that there was never a check being sent out. I needed to ask for a money pick up, not a refund. That I worded it wrong. At no time did they tell me over the phone, in person or my email confirmation that I needed to ask for a money pick up instead of refund. A long drawn out process that could have been avoided with proper communication.
