Payment not going through
I have had a very frustrating experience with Western Union. I made multiple payments, and each time the money was taken out of my bank account, but then Western Union declined the transfer. When I contacted customer support, I was told that the money had not been received on their end. However, my bank app and statement clearly show that the money was deducted. This is extremely stressful, as I am left out of pocket and without any clear resolution. I expected a reliable service, but instead I am left chasing both Western Union and my bank to find out where my money has gone. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.
