The Wessex Internet experience
We have been with Wessex internet and Internet phone for the last 10 months, I run a business which mostly worked through my land line, since moving to fiber, the Internet land line has been more off than on, I have lost some business through the off period. Now most of my customers use my mobile to contact me, making the landline redundant so I thought at the end of the contact November I would drop the land line,Wessex would understand that. After explaining the situation all I got from Wessex was "No you can not do that you are under contract"at the same time trying to sell me a more expensive contract. They did not mention that I was out of contract in November until I dragged it out of them. This evening no Internet no phone and no one to call.
