Weex Reviews

Uid no: 1843633122 Dear WEEX CEO, Senior Management, Legal, Compliance and Risk Control Teams, I am writing regarding the continued restrictions on my account and my inability to withdraw my remaining funds. Please ensure that this email and my complete case history are forwarded directly to WEEX’s CEO, senior management, Legal Department, senior Compliance officers, and the Risk Control Specialist responsible for decisions concerning my account. I have been trying to resolve this matter for an extended period. Throughout this process, I have cooperated with WEEX and provided the requested information, explanations, KYC-related clarifications, and details regarding my trading activity. Despite my cooperation, my account remains restricted, and I have not received a sufficiently detailed explanation supported by specific evidence. My request is straightforward: Allow me to withdraw my entire remaining account balance without further restrictions or unnecessary delays. Once the withdrawal is completed, WEEX may permanently close my account. I do not wish to continue trading on WEEX. If WEEX maintains that it has the right to restrict my account or prevent the withdrawal of my funds, I require a substantive written response identifying: * The specific transactions or activities considered problematic; * The exact conduct allegedly committed by me; * The contractual provisions or trading rules allegedly violated; * The transaction-level evidence supporting these allegations; * The legal and contractual basis for continuing to restrict my funds. I am not requesting WEEX’s confidential algorithms or proprietary risk-control methodology. I am requesting a clear, factual, and contractually supported explanation for why I am being prevented from accessing my own funds. I have repeatedly requested that my case be reviewed by an authorized decision-maker rather than receiving generic or repetitive customer-service responses. I expect this matter to be addressed directly by WEEX’s senior management, Legal, Compliance, and Risk Control departments. If this matter remains unresolved, I will pursue the formal legal and dispute-resolution procedures available to me and preserve all correspondence, screenshots, transaction records, and supporting documentation as evidence. I have an audience of approximately 348,000 followers on X, and I intend to ensure that any public discussion of this matter is supported by documented facts and the exchange’s own written communications. My objective is not to create unnecessary conflict. I would prefer to resolve this matter directly, professionally, and without further escalation. However, I cannot accept indefinite restrictions on my funds without a transparent and substantiated explanation. My final request remains unchanged: Release my entire remaining account balance, allow me to withdraw my funds, and permanently close my account afterward. If WEEX refuses this request, please provide a clear written explanation identifying the factual, contractual, and legal grounds for that refusal. Please confirm that this email has been forwarded to the responsible Risk Control Specialist, Legal Department, senior Compliance officers, and executive management. I am requesting a substantive response from an authorized decision-maker, not another generic customer-service template. I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution.

UID:2891401701 BIG WARNING. DONT USE WEEX Okay so normally for 350 USD it's not worth worrying myself but I have to warn all of you. Do not use platform. I deposited 350 left over usdt. i wanted to try trading and learn how to trade. I made a winning trade, a losing trade after while I wanted to withdraw the 350 USDT. It is ristricted. I am not what is the reason just kyc aml suposes res flag bcs they dont respond 17days But okay now I am asked to do kyc by AI robot I did lol and now still I get a restricted popup when I withdraw? The AI robot says email I did 20 times in 17 days and not 1 response back??? Basicly held hostage and no answer??? I would say be very careful. I don't think they like to withdraw at all. Proof of funds just for 350usdt are they crazy or?

I invested, after being lead into site by third party, and gained twice which was fine but third investment was an ultimatum of $22,000 investment which I had no intention of getting so deeply invested into, a sum i do not have. I can not withdraw from my account, (my original Principal 4500, nor my gains), unless I invest more. Site is Bogus and Impossible to profit from. Takes andy deposit anytime any how but will not let you withdraw your own money. Spoke with admins and this the same hardline and I can not withdraw. WEEXIVV.com horrible trading site.

Weex is a site that should be avoided, I only got back a penny because of the help I had from Cele__Stial__Drifts. Warning

I am writing this to warn the global crypto community about WEEX Exchange. My UID is 8466721050. This platform is a low-tier offshore operation that traps user deposits. After an internal trading engine bug, their team illegally froze my account under the "Blackcard" status, withholding my personal clean deposit of 218.61 USDT for weeks .Even after I fully complied with their strict KYC requirements—submitting a high-resolution uncompressed passport selfie—and after officer Giang officially promised in a mail thread to fully lift the restriction on September 13th, 2026, the block was STILL active on that date . The customer support inside the app (agents Keith and Stacey) tried to dismiss my claims with automated scripts .Only after I threatened them with direct escalation to CoinMarketCap and global legal forums, their senior manager Noah finally panicked and manually processed my withdrawal under heavy pressure on September 14th . WEEX actively uses technical checks to exhaust users and seize their assets. Avoid this platform at all costs and move your funds to legitimate exchanges like.

I was convinced to invest by a good looking lady that guaranteed that if I sent them the investment I would get the money back within 30 minuets of investing but what I got is there embezzlement letter stating that because im new I have to invest the 7300 in a new investment before I can withdraw any money so I tell my investor to do an investment and she advises me that the minimum amount I can invest now is 15600 meaning I have to come up with 8000 dollars which they know I cant get that much so I will lose the money I put in plus my profit

The Copy Trading looks scammy ....... In recent days this happened ...... BTC has been flatlining between 77.300usdt and 79,000usdt for the last 2 weeks. An "elite" trader I copied took a long option when BTC was at about 78,000, but the trend was downwards. Another took short trades when BTC was at 77,300 when anyone can see it will go up like it has - now about 77,900. The first time might be called an honest mistake, the second it looks deliberate. Because BTC has been flatlining in that narrow parameter the only way you'll make any real Money is either investing a lot to capitalise on the miniscule fluctuations or use a lot of Leverage (weex offers 400x). The problem is the slightest move against your Option with that sort of Leverage will liquidate your Margin and lose your Money completely. They know this, which is why these "elite" traders invest in BTC. What reinforces this is how, while they drain your Money or earn you Pennies on a rather stale BTC, Utility Coin shot up from 0.000370 usdt to 0.00450 today. IN ONE DAY. A professional real Trader would have seen and acted on this. So it's like they deliberately lose your Money which goes to the Platform and don't make you any Money at all. I asked Google AI about this and they not only agreed with me 100% they added to the criticism. And to confirm all this BTC is now reaching 80,500usdt - 2000 usdt more than the so called "elite Trader" had thought it would go down from. Exactly the opposite of his supposed expert Trade. Either he's not as professional as he claims or he is in cohoots with Weex to deliberately lose People's Money - which goes to Weex. Good luck contacting Support to complain about this. I went to it and got a live Agent called "Fan_bo" (yeah, like that's a real Name) and all he could say many times was "trading is risky". No comment on the deliberate losses, no offer to reimburse the obvious Scam, no official complaints procedure - nothing. If the supposed "elite Trader" was a City or Wall Street Broker who deliberately lost a Client's Money he would face prosecution and gaol. And to show how much damage this did, if the so called "elite" trader had made the honest and obvious decision and placed a long Trade, BTC has gone up from 77,200usdt to 81,000 and this would have made 98usdt instead of reduced Margin. It happened again ..... This time the so called "elite trader" took 2 short options when BTC was on an upward trajectory. It went up so much it triggered the Stop Loss on both and reduced the Copy Balance by half. It continued upward and would have liquidated the investment to nothing. Then, it flatlined for a while and dropped significantly. Sources tell me that it is possible someone - maybe associated with the Platform and/or the Trader - could manipulate BTC price by $700 to do this. It causes a cascade effect of others buying it while multiple Stop Losses add to the Price by selling back remaining Coin. It does start to look like it's manipulated against the Retail Trader.

I am writing this to report an unjustified withdrawal restriction on my WEEX account (UID: 8825781522), which has been locked for over 4 days. I have complied with every compliance request and provided 100% legitimate proof of origin: Full 90-day unedited video recordings and official platform withdrawal ledgers. Direct originating wallet transaction receipts across all utilized networks (TRX, BSC/BEP-20, TON). Despite having zero discrepancies and submitting clear evidence directly from the sending platforms, the email support desk continues to stall with repetitive canned replies and refusal to process legitimate withdrawals. This is unacceptable behavior for a crypto exchange. I demand an immediate manual review by the Senior Compliance Lead and the prompt release of my funds for UID: 8825781522.

I was totally and purposely scammed by this company for $10000 operating under the umbrella of Warner Brothers Discovery. The information to withdraw funds was purposely deceptive, ambiguous and totally unclear and if that wasnt enough to keep your money and freeze your account they only allow a 15minute window to withdraw funds. It can easily take more than 15 minutes to do this and if it does or if they say it did they will freeze your money and not allow it to be unfrozen unless you send many thousands of dollars. I have all of the relevant screenshot communications to prove the veracity of my complaint

They're gandu eating my money while they restricted my account

completely a scam exchange, bought 46k INR worth of USDT through their quick buy feature, clearly sent them the payment proofs, its been 6 days and they just keep on delaying and never respond to mails.

WEEX holds my principal deposit without justification - UID 3245678051 My account (UID: 3245678051) has been permanently restricted by WEEX. Despite my full cooperation, identity verification, and providing proof of deposit, WEEX support (Ticket: L59595-39LWN) refuses to process a withdrawal of my own principal balance. They have closed my account and are holding my funds hostage without providing a clear legal reason. I am demanding the immediate release of my original deposit back to my wallet. This is an unacceptable business practice and I hope others are warned about this risk. On Aug 16, system history shows -449.74 USDT was transferred out from my funding wallet overnight.

I would give a zero if there was a star. This is a scam! Whatever people say it’s nothing but a scam. Traded on this and went to withdraw and they give lame ass excuse that I can’t get my money cause I haven’t traded enough. People don’t fall for this scam.

I started copy trading on weex in April 2026 following one of their elite traders. I made profits of about $7,000 usdt from copying the elite trader. However, I was unable to withraw profits made from closed positions. All profits made from the copy trades were never added to my copy equity or available margin even though these profits showed in my Net PNL. This remained so until the markets reversed to liquidate my 6,000 usdt investments together with my 7,000 usdt profits. Weex copy trading is not transparent. Their system does not show any drawdown for their elite traders, no elite trader capital displayed, no AUM, no sharpe ratio, they do not provide enough information to allow users to make informed decisions before they invest their money. Very little information is provided on other copy traders following the same elite trader. It doesn't show the duration of copy, Principal invested, ROI or PNL. I would advise anyone trying to invest to be careful with their monies because once they take, you are not getting it back. I had a most painful experience which really affected me in all areas. Don't get into a similar situation.

The second I tried to withdraw from my account my fund were locked and I was told I must verify my account. I did all that was required to verify but 5 weeks later it's still under review! I contacted cs and they kept saying to be patient and now I get no response at all from them. Do not trust these people with your money. Strait up thieves!

I was able to deposit and use my account as an unverified user with no issue , verification was never required to put money in. The moment I tried to withdraw about $200, I was suddenly told KYC was mandatory, despite the amount being well under the published limits for unverified withdrawals(their own tos). There was no warning at deposit; the requirement appeared only when I wanted my funds out. I cooperated anyway and provided on-chain proof of funds and the transaction hash. What followed was a loop: each submission met with a new reason it was "insufficient" and a more invasive demand ; source of funds screenshots, then uncropped screenshots, and now a continuous, unedited screen recording navigating through my personal account. They're demanding heavy documentation for a small deposit from months ago, while their own emails quote my exact transaction hash , meaning their team can verify it on the public blockchain in seconds yet they still claim they "can't match" it without more from me. Weeks in, the funds remain locked, no path to resolution, only escalation. Money went in freely; getting it back has been made effectively impossible!!!

Avoid WEEX at all costs, especially if you are a profitable API trader. I traded strictly by their rules using clean, verified funds. As soon as I made a profit, they locked my account for a fake "risk review" and then did the unthinkable: they silently wiped my balance down to ZERO. There is absolutely NO record of this in the transaction history—no withdrawals, no logs, no emails. They simply deleted my profits from their database. This is pure theft. Their customer support is completely disgraceful. I’ve been ignored for weeks. They refuse to explain anything, and the live support literally closes the chat session in my face as soon as I ask about my missing money. I have 100% proof: screenshots of the zeroed balance, empty withdrawal history, API logs, and clean TXIDs. If anyone needs evidence of this scam, contact me. Your funds are not safe here!

I received a text regarding a job opportunity. One would watch YouTube videos and get paid. The pay is done by using a cryptocurrency fast contract. They allow you to make small withdrawals to start. There are some tasks that you have to prepay and those get more expensive as you go. This whole system is designed to get you to put as much as they can get out of you by accusing you of not completing a task properly. They freeze your account until you repair the error. The repair will cost thousands of dollars. Avoid these job offers. It’s only an opportunity to lose money.
