Weex is a site that should be avoided, I only got back a penny because of the help I had from Cele__Stial__Drifts. Warning
All of the sudden this guys was lime you need to transfer your asset from spot to spot pro and at the end of fhw day the coin I bought on spot didn't show up on spot pro. Now I contacted their ai support and they are asking for my uid, Gmail and phone number before I could be directed to human support
Today, I have been trading and suddenly I tried to open an order and they say "The business is frozen" just for normal trading,
I Signed Up Under the Jayson Casper link. At first was I was approved and issued the 100USDT (I have screen shots). Asked when to expect it to show in my balance. I was told 1 to 2 days. So, I gave it time to be kind. Then when l log in they stole the issues money. and decided they wanted to say I was some how ineligible Even though they already had approved and issued it. This is a clear Chinese scam company. They will claim you have multiple accounts when you challenge it, then when you say no that is not true and that now Weex needs to provide evidence that will leave you hanging saying they are taking it higher. Taking as long as possible and hoping you leave. When you don't they pot that they will shut down the chat. So, it seems, then when you don't leave the chat, someone will still be there. They do everything to get you to leave. Say things like check back in a few hours. Run around over and over. repeating the same thing over and over. Yes they are a scam. I am a mom of 4 daughter. I trusted that Jayson Casper vetted them but I think he oopsed on this one. He is a good person but Weex are not good people.
After being accused of a fraudulent transaction, had to pay more money into releasing funds. The after they said I had another suspicious deposit, and want another £4k. Don't trust them, scams.
Completely SCAM! do not sign up, they promise to give you 100USDT but they dont give, I'm contacting the CS for a week and they keep saying "wait more 24h to 48hras" its been more than a week that I'm complaining everyday and is always the same thing. do not sign up!
They were good initially, but once I started to make money, I was accused of suspicious activity and market manipulation, when I have nowhere near enough funds to manipulate markets! I got lucky on a high levelerage multiplier and they stole almost $120,000 from me. They do this often based on other reviews on reddit.
Very scam site . Dont wast your time on this website. After you earn some money they ban your account . If you request account re-activate they reduce you earned balance. They are scamming peoples hard work. I sought REEDSY.WIKI help to resolve my refund, and their professionalism ensured the matter was handled with
Bad company. Nothing worked as expected. I filed a claim with the website regarding my title and got everything back.
No these aren’t all fake reviews! I assure you of that! I have never received my bonus for sign up. I have made some mistakes myself along my journey but after being in crypto since 2020, I decided to join weex as influenced from crypto banter. I have had funds disappear with in the exchange and liquidation of all my funds while I had stop losses implemented. I had upwards of 10k the first time it happened and another 1k after that. I will update this review when I get a response from the team after they have investigated my situation. I won’t have anything to do with this anymore and I will make sure others know my experience if it’s not dealt with properly. Until this happened to me 2x back to back I would have defended this exchange from any bad rep! Fool me once, but twice… it’s a scam!
Don’t trust this company and people who work for this Report this company to cyber cell Don’t invest any your hard earn money in this.
I MADE PROFIT BUT WEEX DEDUCTED MY BALANCE .WHAT THE hell IS THIS...
0 fees?
They truly deserve the title of the worst exchange ever I used. I advise everyone just stay away from them or you will regret it.

WEEX is a cryptocurrency exchange offering spot and futures trading alongside copy trading, Earn products, OTC, an API and broker program, an affiliate program and the WEEX Store. On its About page the company says it serves 6.2 million users across 150+ countries with a team of more than 1,000, lists 1,200+ spot pairs with 120+ new listings a month, and offers futures on 1,000+ pairs with leverage of up to 400×. Its site now also markets stock, gold and other global-market products. For asset safety, WEEX says it holds a 1,000 BTC Protection Fund and commits to covering losses that occur "through no fault of the user"; its own FAQ excludes trading losses, fraud or abuse, and cases where a user is tricked into or mistakenly authorizes a transaction. It also publishes a Proof of Reserves page describing cryptographic attestation of its reserves against user holdings. WEEX's Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, with ICC arbitration seated in Kingstown, and state that the platform does not serve users in jurisdictions including the United States, Canada, mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore and South Korea. Its Legal Statement describes the platform as "internationally compliant" but does not name a licensing regulator, and the company does not publish a registered business address on these pages. In 2026 WEEX announced itself as the official regional partner of LALIGA in Hong Kong and Taiwan (January 1 – July 31, 2026). The figures and claims above are WEEX's own published statements and have not been independently verified by CrowdTrust.
