I am overly impressed with Waterfords from start to finish. I have been searching for a property through them and have found them to be very professional and attentive. From the offset I dealt with Josh who has been dedicated to finding us a property which is something you don’t see in agency anymore. I want to give a massive Thank-you to Josh and the team at Waterfords for looking after us.

We have had a brilliant experience with Waterfords of Yateley so far and I am sure the professional service provided by Harry Dean.will continue to the exchange of keys. Harry's attention to detail, the ability to clarify points and answer any questions gave us confidence in knowing we had made the right choice of agency.

Really impressed with Waterfords from start to finish. We bought a property through them and found them to be very professional and helpful at all stages. We mainly dealt with Henry who was very good at staying in touch and keeping us updated with the progress of the sale. Henry was always happy to answer questions for us or seek answers from the vendor and got back to us promptly. Our house purchase went through very quickly and smoothly and Waterfords were a big part of that.

I’m pleased to say we had Oliver Manning look after us. Despite the property not being perfect for our first home, I was delighted with the service I received from Oliver. He was fantastic, super open, friendly and professional! I would gladly request for him upon our next property of interest. Thanks Oliver!

This is with respect to me buying a buy to let property. My initial dealings were with Henry Evans and James Hughes who were both incredibly helpful. Once my offer was accepted I dealt primarily with Henry who was super up to speed with keeping me informed about progress and chasing both sets of solicitors to completion. The service I received from Waterfords was 10/10 - incredibly efficient.

We are in the process of buying a new home. Oliver Manning from Waterfords is the estate agent selling the property. Oliver has been excellent to work with and has made sure that all our concerns and questions are properly addressed. He ensured that we were able to view the property a second time and has coordinated well between us and the sellers to facilitate a smooth sale / purchase. Oliver is courteous, helpful and diligent and keeps us on our toes without being aggressive. Overall, it has been a pleasure to work with Waterfords and Oliver so far.

We’ve sold our house with Waterfords in Camberley. The team there made the process very smooth for us. They kept us updated throughout the whole process and were always there to help even with small questions. I couldn’t recommend them enough!! Special THANK YOU to Nick and Sandra :)
