Water babies has been amazing! My little girl loves her sessions and all the staff are great!

Hayley is a fantastic swimming teacher. She makes the lessons fun and gives the same energy in her first lesson of the day until her last lesson! She knows how your child is progressing and also adapts to individual needs to build your child’s confidence. I highly recommend Hayley from the Oakham class at Water Babies

Lessons are great when we get them but we’ve had a lot of cancellations lately and no continuity of teacher.

The lessons are fantastic and my little girl really loves swimming. She's been having lessons for over a year and everyone comments on how confident she is in the water. Adele is the best swimming teacher we could ask for! We swim at Etloe House Farm and parking can sometimes be tricky due to the number of people and the space and this is the same in regard to the changing rooms on occasions meaning we've had to go into the men's & If a Dad comes in we have to move but don't always have space in the female changing room. This is due to the cross over between lessons.

Totally useless waste of time and money you will play with health of your child especially in winter my child gets sick after second lesson water goes inside her ear I asked to cancel but they made excuses and refused to pay back anything paid for 10 lessons in advance but only able to attend 2 lessen and that is it

Our daughter has been attending swimming classes with Nina for over a year, and we are absolutely thrilled with her progress. She has become incredibly confident in the water and can now swim without any aids. Nina has taught her an essential life skill that She will carry with her forever. We are so grateful for the dedication and expertise brought by Nina to each lesson. Thank you for making swimming such a positive, impactful and fun experience for our kids!

Over half our classes were cancelled due to problems with the pool, including turning up to lessons only to be sent away. No effort to make any amends or find alternative arrangements. They will say they did but nobody answered the phone when you rang or the other classes were all booked up. They are still using the pool with all the problems in future terms even though they know it doesn't work! Awful, disappointing experience.

We booked and paid upfront for 8 lessons with Water Babies. We were only able to attend one of these paid for lessons as our son was initially under the weight limit for the temperature of the pool and was then very poorly and hospitalised. As he missed so many lessons due to being poorly, we felt it would be best to postpone lessons and restart in a few months to ensure he was back to full health and could then restart from the beginning. However, the customer service received from Water Babies was non existent. We understand businesses need to have policies in place and did not expect a refund for the lessons paid for but were then told we would need to pay for a months notice on top!! We tried to reschedule to an alternative lesson which had just started but the only one we were offered was not suitable. We are disgusted at the lack of compassion and common decency - our child had been taken to hospital by ambulance and was then too poorly to attend lessons but all they cared about was money. Absolutely disgraceful, do not recommend!!

Amazing service. My 3-year old son has made brilliant progress in just 1 year of having lessons. The way Liz teaches is really fun and engaging and each week he looks forward to going. Highly recommend Water Babies.

April is a fantastic teacher and always makes each child and parent feel included. Even when some skills are not your strong point she takes time to support you so every one learns together and doesn't fall behind. The communication between waterbabies and their customers is excellent and they always keep you updated.

Very expensive!

Lessons have been great Raffie now a confident swimmer Sad that her lessons have been cancelled with no reason given and we were lucky to get one of only 2 slots at another time on same day . Others in class not so lucky Still no explanation given for this

We began on the 5th of October in Sutton and had a wonderful instructor. She was set up early and invited us into the pool early to get to know our baby. This was our only good session with water babies. It was all downhill from here. After that, we had a different instructor who never arrived earlier than 10 minutes before the session starts. She was late several times (no apology) and cancelled our class twice on the day with barely any notice (one 30 minutes before class started so we were at the venue). She did not explain the activities in the water leaving my partner feeling unsafe and unsure. The instructor needs to be monitored by your company so you can see the sessions she has been delivering. The dwindling class size is a reflection of the service provided. I am upset that we had 2 out of our 7 sessions cancelled. We were unable to attend our last session due to a D&V bug and water babies would not allow us a makeup session ‘due to us not having an active membership’. I will be asking for a refund however I am 99% certain they will refuse us that as well. I can’t recommend them after the poor service we have received. We will be looking for another swim school to join along with many of the other parents and children who were signed up to our swim sessions! *** I don’t see how gaining my name is going to help you ‘investigate’ this. I have provided the location where the franchise operates and a decent amount of information in this post ***

Great fun class. My girls love it. All the teachers are lovely. Couldn’t do enough for you.

Be seriously careful with Waterbabies. They hide in their Ts and Cs that you commit to a rolling monthly contract despite saying over the phone that you have the option to buy either a full or half term. I got charged out of the blue with no warning for classes I didn’t want and they refused to refund me because I’d allegedly committed to this. Really unethical way of running a business! The classes are fine but there are far cheaper alternatives that are just as good. Would recommend you avoid

Both of children have done water babies since 5 weeks old. My daughter is now to old but my son continues the program. He loves it, and we see progress each week. I feel confident as a mum in the water with him as he knows his safety skills. The teachers are lovely and make the classes so much fun each week but in a way where they constantly progress many skills.

My daughter has been doing swimming lessons with Waterbabies since October last year and her confidence in water is unbelievable now, coming from arm bands and waistcoat to been free! I’m so proud of how far she has come, all due to the amazing Waterbabies I highly recommend! X

W's teacher is clear and patient and the activities she does in the water are so much fun. W has made great progress with her swimming and loves attending. She has learnt to be much safer in the water, which was really important to me.
