SCAMMERS... i'll be getting my money back though. the amount effort they put into their business to make a few hundreds is really embarrassing, learn a trade or something!?

It has been almost a year and I haven’t received my product they take your mold then you never hear from them..I only wanted two teeth done and the response from them are horrible, Patrice who owns the company will ghost you and have nothing to do with you.. they lie and lie and only promote celebrities.. they don’t take care of their real customers at all very disappointed in water atl… I gave them a chance never again they are scammers PLEASE BEWARE !

this company will scam you, do NOT buy. the positive reviews are fake! I almost was BANNED from Affirm and my credit could have tanked had they not done a proper investigation. I was out $500 for no reason, as I bought this as a birthday present for myself. instead i was left stressed and scammed, having to go through my bank and then affirm because I was unaware of what steps I had to make. If you paid in 4, do not!!! dispute with your bank, dispute with affirm or whichever company because the bank is charged by the loan companies, NOT wateratl. because I did not know, I disputed with my bank and that caused me to owe $500 to affirm instead of Wateratl paying them. I then had to explain and wait months for them to clear me, i couldn’t use affirm for anything.

Like others have stated, this company is a total scam. They take your money and your tooth mold and never send the product. I am filing a claim with my state attorney general and I recommend others do the same.

Guarantee that every positive review on here is from themselves to keep up with the outstanding number of bad reviews. Although I did finally get a refund damn near a year later- I stated and remain true that I will NEVER stop informing others that this company is a Scam and needs to be shut down. They just keep on hurting others who put their trust in this "company" Please listen to all the 1-star reviews on here THEY ARE AS BAD AS EVERYONE IS SAYING THEY ARE, if not even worse. I pray you don't find out the hard way that this company is abysmal.

I give this 1 star because I cannot go any lower. DO NOT ORDER!! Never got product. Production issues after production issues. Slow response, disabled comments. Wanted to support but nothing worth supporting here. SHUT IT DOWN. Still haven’t received order, a joke!

Initially, they were fairly responsive stating that they were fully operational and had hiccups during their first few months in service which caused some delays, but they wanted to make sure I received my product by the deadline of Dec. 22. That was over 10 days ago. Since then nothing. I sent them a buff stone from another local business and realized how quickly grillz should take and what good costumer service looks like and yet, I still tried to give the benefit of the doubt I called their costumer service line (which can be found on BBB website for those that may need it), reached out to them via email and IG and no one responded. Yet, they are still posting about how all these different celebrities have received grillz from them and it just disappoints me because all I wanted to do was give them the opportunity to prove the negative feedback wrong, and they fell VERY WELL short of that.

I’ll be completely honest at first, I really thought WaterATL was a scam. Communication early on was rough, and we had a pretty nasty fallout that left me really frustrated and questioning if I’d ever get my product. However, they eventually came through, and I have to say I’m beyond happy with what I received. The product is exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. While the journey to get there wasn’t the smoothest, I’m glad everything worked out in the end. Thank you for making it right!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I agree with the bad reviews listed on here. This company is ran terribly. They take forever to respond to emails. I wasted my money, never received my item. They took two months just to send me the impressions kit, after that told me my order would be ready in November and then now in December told me my impressions aren’t usable. Waited on an order from back in July! I was excited with this being a black owned company but waiting 6 months and not receiving anything. They don’t even follow the policies listed on their website. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from them.

Move in the same pace as them and you will have your stuff finished in time, great art takes time to make! Amazing quality.

This company needs to be closed down. There’s no way I’m still waiting for my grillz I placed an order for April 2024 112542231. They’re not ready to be in business and should be closed. Was expecting my grillz for some events but never received and that lack of customer support and turnaround time is so bad.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! i ordered a custom pair of grillz in june, following my birthday. After months of back and forth without ever receiving my product they just decided to never answer my emails or calls and never issued me a refund! Please trust me when i say save yourself the burden. It’s affordable for a reason!! you will never receive your item and they will never give you your money back.

I have been waiting since July me when I send the mold. I suggest all of u that been scam like myself. Report this on your bank and let them do an investigation to get your money bank. I AM DONE WAITING FFFFFFUK YALLL ATL WATER. U don't do that to people.

Do not order from this company. They will take your hard earned money and you will wait MONTHS before you ever receive your product, if you ever receive it. They get you to buy mold kits at $30 a pop by saying they were unusable. I placed my original order in APRIL! They limit their comments on social media so customers cannot warn others of their practices. They claim all orders are delayed, give you a time frame, and after the new date passes, they never contact you about the status of your order.

I ordered ts 7 months ago it’s bout to be 2025 and NOTHING. I email and try to be patient but all they do is lie. Once in a while they tell me “it’s going to be shipped next week” and this has been say multiple times over the course of those 7 months. They once gave me a $50 gift card to use but when I tried using it, it didn’t work or there was no option to pay with it.

Fast, efficient, and reliable! My order was completed much faster than anticipated, and they kept me informed every step of the way. Their commitment to quality really shows—every piece was perfect. ~SCAM~ I had one order with them that came in fairly decent in a reasonable amount of time. I put in a new order in June and all was going well, in August I received notification that it was in quality assurance review, however then everything went silent. I followed up several times and got the same "frozen funds" excuse as everyone else in mid-September. Which seems like a bullshit response considering in August the product was finished and being reviewed for quality. And now on my follow ups there is no response. I tried to be patient and hold out asking for a refund, but I realize that was a mistake. Pump and Dump

Absolute scam. 7 months, stopped responding, fake sob story. CON-ARTIST.
