Absolute scam. Ordered in Jan.. it’s July.. still nothing. No response. No refund. No grill!!! But posts on social media multiple times a day.

If you could give a lower score you I would ordered a silver grill in June of 2024 no contact since November just paid this grill off this June still no contact no emails but you can still place orders and they’ll still take your money do not recommend just get your money back as soon as you can

Ghosted and never received UPDATE: The owner left a message on my rating. I emailed them and they responded apologizing. They told me to send my order info to personally resolve the issue, so I did. No response. I asked them to please keep some sort of communication. It’s been since June 20th. I emailed them on the July 3rd for any kind of update or response. Nothing. lol. The lack of communication is beyond me. Regardless if your company is struggling to stay afloat you need to communicate it. There is no excuse for how poorly you handled and continue to handle this situation. “ It wasn’t a case of “dipping out” — it was a case of trying to keep the business alive” -owner This is the thing. You don’t care about your customers who essentially are the ones that would keep your “business”alive. Ignoring and avoiding people is not doing anything for your business and sure as hell not for the people who’s money you’ve taken. You’ve got a lot of pride.

100% SCAM I bought a basic fang grill and over a year ago and never received it. They mad constant excuses stating production issues, taking on too many order, etc. They constantly pushed the delivery date back until i requested a refund which they promised but I also never got. I’m fighting it with Klarna rn to have them removed as merchants for scamming and poor business practice

S C A M. Order placed over a YEAR AGO, got only the mold and then nothing. When I search for my order on their site it shows i don't have an order. They respond to my inquiries saying everything from "we have no order number" to "on it! we're rushing your order." Do not buy a thing from these scammers.

THIS IS A JOKE OF A COMPANY!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ORDERED MY TOOTH CAP IN JUNE OF LAST YEAR AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. EMAILS, DMS AND CALLS AND STILL NOTHING. I STARTED LEAVING NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON THEIR IG POSTS AND NOW THEY HAVE ALL COMMENTS TURNED OFF.

SCAM! Its been over a year and they’ve been giving me the run around about why my grill isn’t finished. 4 sets of molds later, 15 emails saying they’ll look into why it’s not done, even a phone call that told me nothing new. They’re keeping my money and not giving any info. The saddest part was that I just wanted the grill in the end. That’s why I even waited this long. DONT TRUST WATERATL. I will be making a tik tok with further details. And reviewing on every platform possible.

The worst. I hope they close. Poor service. Incompetent employees that can’t read. Never got anything. You are better off wearing foil on your teeth vs waiting for a grill from wateratl

I never received my grillz. The process of shipping moulds was extremely slow and they didn’t even provide a return shipping label, took me months to get the shipping label. It’s been a year with absolutely no communication on their end and I keep emailing them asking for a refund and they refuse to respond and then they like to post locking their upset customers online

This is such a scam!!!! It has been over 3 months and no sight of my order . Every single time I email them , is the same answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!

This effing scam artist!! It's been 4 months and it's the same response!!! It's coming with the next batch!!! I'm taking these basturds to court! I already filled with the BBB and they say they are under investigation. I hope them robbing me for $200 was worth it. Cause they are going to pay way more!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! Water ATL is straight up trash! DO NOT order anything from them, trust! I ordered a single cap months ago, their go to response "its still processing" So essentially, they're telling their clients "you will wait INDEFINITELY for the item you ordered, we take no responsibility for our faults and lying on our website about 5 week delivery time, you will wait until we're able to get to it." Comical incompetence and no doubt dealing w multiple lawsuits against them. STAY AWAY!!!

This is my second order here and both experiences have been great. My star ring arrived yesterday and it looks exactly as I wanted. The support team made sure I got the right size and it fits perfectly. The only one thing is that it was supposed to arrived by Friday.

Purchased products back in December. Was told there was a 14 days guarantee. It’s been months and my products haven’t even moved in the production line. I’ve contacted them multiple times, finally got an email back saying my issue has been escalated-still haven’t had a follow up. Currently Trying to get a refund, I’m sure will be a nightmare. The worst company I’ve ever bought anything from. Would never recommend.

Bought a 10mm Cuban Chain for my gf's birthday gift here. I wasn't sure about the size at first, but support team was really helpful. The quality seems good and it has a subtle shine that looks nice. Most importantly, my girlfriend loved it, that's what really matters.

I've really been looking forward to getting my 2 little caps.. but it sounds like it's not happening. I even messaged the company on ig saying I wasn't sure if I did my mold correctly. "wym", and a suggestion to buy a new mold kit without even knowing if the impression i sent in was good. It's been in the 'review' stage for 10 days now, after being delivered to them 18 days ago. just sucks to be left in the dark, but it seems like its not even going to be made with these reviews. ughhhh

Tried to be understanding and patient on their shipping times and ended up playing myself out of money for a grill.. never even received the mold. Their customer service isn't the best either. Their instagram deletes comments that speak on the consistent issue. It sucks to still be seeing bad reviews a year later. For anyone looking for a grill online, look else where or you'll just be giving them money.

One star is too generous at this point. Put in my order a year ago and they keep saying they have “escalated my ticket” to issue a refund that THEY OFFERED, I didn’t even ask for but accepted because I spent just over $600 on their products. They delete any and all inquiries about orders on their social media and warn that you’ll be blocked if you continue. Serial scammers. Even though they tell you to email about inquiries of your order, they give no information and just thank you for your patience. DO NOT follow them, purchase from them, or give them any energy or thought.

Do not waste your time OR money with this company. Placed an order over a year ago and never received my goods, only excuses for why it’s taking so long to either come up with product or refund. It’s obvious they are broke ninjas frauding people

I got the Baguette Star Ring, and it looks axactly as pictured - shiny, stylish and well-crafted. I took my time deciding which one to go with, but in the end, I'm really happy with my choice. Customer Support was helpful and answered all my questions though I wish the response time was a bit quicker. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and will likely consider buying there again.
