verification process too slow. months have gone by they still reviewing it and they cannot help you. you cannot withdraw your funds. so, what i did to my BAT tokens from brave, i used it to send a tip to GraB.TC to be able to get a cashback.

My account switch status from verified to being reviewed. My fund was frozen for several months. I have a request for assistance with withdrawing money from my account and they declined. they said that the funds transferred into my account were obtained through deceit. then they hold my money. this is the first platform i see that want to keep money of customers. I waited a long time in pain and now may be i will lost my fund. my ticket is #1075834.

My first experience with the Uphold wallet came when I used it to store Basic Attention Token (BAT) I got from the Brave Browser. I still love the Brave Browser and I wish they would disassociate themselves from the Uphold Wallet. Everything about the Uphold wallet is just awful. They have two user interfaces (UI) one "classic" and a new one. Just pick a UI and go with it. But that is just the beginning of what is wrong with the entire Uphold platform. The fees are way to high, it's difficult and/or imposible to get your coin out. When you trade you don't get good spot market pricing. STAY AWAY FROM UPHOLD WALLET!! I have left the Uphold wallet open so the Brave browser can auto-deposit my BAT I earn each month, but I will move it off of the Uphold wallet platform when it has accumulated.

Hi I’ve recommended Uphold wallet to a senior, he had a bit of trouble to overcome the hips and bits of the configuration, but then it was sorted and it went all smoothly, but after a while the account was blocked and he can’t touch his money, please fix it urgently for it’s past a month that it’s like this, tell us what’s wrong so we can adjust and carry on investing and get crypto payment. Actually the uphold wallet has left something to be desired, first is that the support does not provide effective support, and then it is that they practically do not proceed. I changed my password on February 1st, 2021 and until today, it is still under review, I have sent a lot of emails to the support and nothing, I don't know what's going on, because they don't say anything. I have money in my uphold wallet and I can't move that money. In a few more days you will complete 30 days with the account under review.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! This company’s customer service is a joke! It’s less than a joke! They will steal your money and tell you to go screw! Read all of the reviews here... the majority of them are negative reviews for their “doesn’t exist service.” This platform is happy to take your money and sell you stock, however they will not allow their customers to sell their stock and close their accounts. WORST PLATFORM EVER!!! And that says a lot when considering what just happened with Wallstreetbets and Robinhood

It all started out well, I got my uphold wallet up and running in no time, and purchased xrp and link which i was holding in my wallet for the last year. I saw some considerable gains with my chainlink portfolio as I bought it when it was only $3. So far, so good until a couple of weeks ago. I logged in to find out my account was under review, without warning or reason, I was blocked from my account, unable to sell my assets but conveniently still able to purchase more - looks like they have no problem taking your money even if your account is "under review". I was told not to worry after reaching out, and then a few days later i reveieved another email from the support team informing be that my account has been closed - again no reason or explanation. And then they make some vague statement about how my funds are safe and will be returned to me - again with no explanation or detail. Will they refund me the money i deposited, or will they tranfer my assets to an address of my choosing? or will they sell my assets and give me the current value back in fiat? who knows? they have given no answers. STAY AWAY - there is clearly something very shady going on - and i find it convenient that they have decided to steal my chainlink coins just as it starts to moon. Ridiculous and extremely disappointing.

Mi cuenta fue puesta en revisión el 4 de diciembre después de realizar un pago por unos componentes de computadora que compre, simplemente me dijeron que la pondrían en revisión para asegurar mi dinero y que me pusiera en contacto con el soporte para solucionar este inconveniente pero ya a pasado mas de una semana y lo único que me dijeron fue que no podrían ofrecerme una cuente de usuario y que de un monedero para que me devuelvan mi dinero. Ya di la cartera virtual a la que me puedan devolver mi dinero pero todavía no me lo pasan, quisiera si es posible que me habiliten la cuenta por 24 hora para poder retirar mi dinero de manera mas cómoda si es posible. No tienen idea de el daño psicologico que genera el echo de que todos mis ahorros estén retenidos teniendo deudas que pagar solo por que su plataforma no funciona. Solicitud #933430

Buenas tardes, en los últimos días he presentado problemas con mi cuenta uphold, envié un correo al soporte y me respondieron que podía ingresar a mi cuenta por 14 días para retirar mi saldo, la verdad desconozco los motivos por la cual han restringido mi cuenta. Hace una semana, un día antes de restringir mi cuenta me realizaron unos pagos que aun no han llegado. Espero puedan ayudarme a solucionar este inconveniente. El número de ticket es el #871096
