Fix the website so I can actually select my physician to obtain assistance with getting a prescription. Which you only recently started requiring. Customer service hotline was of little use. And you really shouldn’t take payment until order is actually ready to ship. Ended up cancelling the order. Awaiting refund. Will be finding a new online supplier.
Found the product I needed at a great price. Shipping says it will arrive in 1-3 business days.

The product .. I have very thin skin and when tape or heart leads are removed my layers of skin come off .. these are the pads my primary care physician has given me but I do not have time to wait for them .. Thank you for having this product available!!!!
Your product posting online is deceptive. I ordered 2 products from your website Covidien Tefla Adhesive Dressing, Items #6017 and 7643. Covidien boxes appear on your website. I was expecting this product "Hypoalergic, not made with natural latex". What I received is Cardinal Health Tefla Adhesive Dressing with a "Caution: The packaging of this product contains dry natural rubber". I ordered Covidien and received Cardinal Health. This will not keep me as a customer - you can do better.
