When called for supplies I.was desperate. I placed my first order on the 1st of July and received it on the 3rd of July. I was shocked,.I was a.new Customer and at some places that might have taken longer time to receive the supplies. But no, I had it by the afternoon of the 3rd of July. That's fast in my book ! Thank you Vitality.

I wrote a review giving one star. Since then I called to see when my package would arrive and the rep advised it was going to be delivered that day. It did indeed arrive. I also confirmed the bi-weekly recurrent delivery of the item and the rep confirmed. We will see….

Easy to order.

Since the product helps my breathing, I would like to receive it ASAP and I can pay the extra cost to have it shipped via Fed Ex; however, that option is not offered and I was told there was no other way to get it faster.

It was easy to order, it would have been good to give a discount for people with disabilities, I chose not to be in a wheelchair, but since I'm missing a leg, I have no other choice, everything is so darn expensive!
