I ordered items that I’ve ordered for years. I was a few hours late for getting the 15% off, and they refuse to give it to me so I got 10% off. Accompany that big and I’m a very good customer. I can’t believe they would not give me the extra 5% off Not happy would not recommend it to anyone.

I tried to purchase this through Amazon, but I could not get the right size showed the large ones. The grande is the only one they showed that you could order.

Very easy to use. This was my first purchase

Before making the purchase I asked if the wheelchair was airline approved and they said YES. Then I attempted to return it as my mother was having trouble with the joystick and they said NO due to having opened the box and tried the wheelchair. After that, I realized that they sent me a battery NOT airline approved as it is 480 watts when they should have sent one with less power. Long story short, I’m stuck with a wheelchair that is NOT airline approved. Worse customer service and not truthful.
