If this order required a prescription, that should have been stated in advance of purchase. We’ve never needed a prescription before. Very frustrating.

This used to be where I got my syringes for my weekly medication. They never required an Rx before. My doctor stopped writing the Rx(although I have an Rx for an injectable medication) because I purchased them on my own through this site. Now there isn't a way to cancel my order so I can purchase elsewhere until their customer service opens again. Why take my money beforehand?
