Half of my order was lost

Half of my order was lost & I understand these things happen. I put an order through because I had received an offer for free delivery. However I have been told that if I want to reorder the six missing bottles I will now have to pay delivery. This is not a fair way to proceed . I have ordered before from you but I feel very disappointed in how customer services have dealt with the problem. Amendment:- today I have received a voucher credit for 85% of a future delivery fee.
