This is my third pair of Vessi since 2018 and I had never felt the need to engage with the Vessi customer service team until I bought a pair that was too light in colour for me to clean and maintain. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick Michael and Bea responded over email (within 1-2 hours) and sorted me out with a replacement. I appreciate their active listening to understand my core issues and taken steps to address it. Vessi's online warranty form is also streamlined and easy to follow, they've got the process down. When it comes to Vessi shoes in general, here's what I tell my friends: Great rain shoes, the best I've found so far and I've tried rubber boots, sprays, geotex, and plastic. Comfortable too, which isn't a word I'd use to describe the formerly listed. It is as waterproof as they shoe in the videos (step into swimming pool, ok) for around longer than a year. Afterwards, I may feel a little damp if I stand out the whole day in rain, so complete seal isn't forever but a year+ then a mostly waterproof / highly water-resistant shoe is still the best I've found to date. Nothing is ever bullet proof forever but great value for what you get and nothing tops it yet. The styles are great, material flexible and soft like a regular casual athletic shoe. Friends ask if it gets stuffy because it is waterproof, a little, but around the same if you took a breathable running shoe, run in it for 5 minutes, that's your level of warm / sweat for a whole day's Vessi wear. A tiny bit noticeable if you really focus on it but chances are, you won't be thinking about it. The shoe soles I noticed have been evolving, from the initial flat sole to now some more sophistication with the newer models which is exciting. Overall, great product, strong customer service. I would recommend. I look forward to another future pair.

I am officially a Vessi fan - not only because of the quality of their products they provide, but also because of the quality of the most important component of any customer-based company that they have proven to deliver: the people skills. Why I love the products: Vessi shoes so comfortable. They are well made with high quality materials and craftsmanship. What’s even better is that they look and feel expensive but don’t break the bank! I get compliments when I wear them, too. I bought styles for different occasions! They have become my go-to brand for casual and outdoor footwear. Why I appreciate the company: When I ordered the wrong size (my first time ordering) and made an error in my exchange/return process, the customer service team was absolutely fantastic. They were so quick to respond to my emails (VERY quick actually) and their communication was so friendly and kind. I felt heard, looked after, and never blamed. They went above and beyond for problem resolution and delivered an impressive customer service experience. It is easy for a company to be defensive or less accommodating for situations resulting from a customer’s mistake or misunderstanding and not the company’s. Instead, Vessi’s team treated me like a priority and led with understanding and empathy. It is experiences like these that make companies more than a product or industry name, but a household brand. HIGHLY recommend! I have become an advocate of Vessi, encouraging friends and family to join the “Vessi shoe club”!

Added me to their physical mailing list without my consent and without ever interacting with the company. I am not a prior customer, and shouldn’t have been mailed. --- Update: after emailing their privacy office to get off of the mailing list, they added me to their email list. This company doesn't take customer privacy seriously.

Ordered Vessi for my son over 16 weeks ago, to be delivered to the UK, but have received nothing, and now no one is responding to my email.

Love the shoes. The white weekenders were my second pair of Vessis and they are great in both style and comfort. But, as other people have said, they stain easily. I bought these shoes because I have had surgery and wanted ease of use and cleaning. The cleaning information said remove laces and insoles, put into a wash bag and launder. It was the whole reason I bought the white shoes. I had barely worn them, certainly not in wet weather before they started staining so I washed as directed. Well, it doesn’t work. I contacted customer service and received the same pat response you can read in other reviews. Get a different product etc. I am not in a position to do all this so its quite frustrating. In the interest of transparency and customer satisfaction, those more complex cleaning directions should be front and centre. Suggesting you can keep the white shoes clean by throwing them in the washing machine feels like false advertising. I certainly would have gone for a colour had I known.

Unfortunately I am quite disappointed with my pair of sneakers. I was excited to try them and it is extra motivation for me that these shoes are made in Canada by a Canadian team. I was excited for the quality and design looks amazing on a picture . As I started using them, My feet hurt after 20 mins of wearing them. I once came to the doctor and have been waiting for a doctor and after 20 mins as I was waiting I needed to take those of my feet because my feet would hurt so much! When I was younger I used to buy cheap shoes made in China for $20-30/pair and I had the same problem , my feet would hurt. Now I have been wearing a high quality shoes for years and I don’t have this problem anymore, until I bought Vessi speakers. They are also too warm and my feet sweat in those. I have a pair of waterproof hiking shoes and sneakers from Columbia and Ecco, and I don’t have same problem of sweaty feet in those waterproof shoes. And the design of them isn’t what I expected as well. They make my feet look very big and wide. Looks like I have two big marshmallows instead of sneakers. Overall I am unfortunately disappointed as I was expecting high quality and a good comfort that I was promised.

My shoes aren’t even the tiniest bit waterproof, like at all, and they’ve ignored all of my emails.
