I made an error in my order, completely my own fault. I contacted customer service and they went out of their way to amend my order. Would definitely have no problem recommending Veinci and Will without doubt use them again

I did not receive my first order but it was replaced without a problem and once received I was very satisfied with the product. Very pretty and elegant pieces.

I received my jewelry today and when i say there are so beautiful i was speechless. I goofed with my address and emailed asap and got a reply and the young lady made sure my package came to the correct address. I’m am so impressed and will be ordering more for my grandkids

Never received order. Ordered April 4 and is now marked delivered as of April 19 but never received. Tracking numbers provided say invalid. Update: Veinci admitted to using subpar shipping carrier ( ACI Logistix placed the package in a USPS mailbox. ACI is unauthorized to do so. ) This resulted in the USPS carrier intercepting the package and was confirmed lost by the postmaster. Veinci has agreed to send a replacement but I’ve yet to receive any kind of tracking number. Their product may be fantastic- I can’t confirm because I’ve not received it. It’s a gamble that you will receive your order.

Update- No, after your review, you're mistaken. I ordered paperclip necklaces not chain link and gold plated, these look like they came from the dollar store. And i paid for 3 day shipping. If there's a way to post pictures and my receipt, I would. You're incorrect! Terrible experience. I ordered necklaces for mothers day. I paid for expedited shipping. They came late, way late, 2 weeks after mothers day. The items were wrong and they are ugly! Not what I saw on the website. Then I've emailed 3 times with no reply. Awful.
