I received an Email from you informing me that my Necklaces was lost in Transaction, via FedEx. YmimIf you can not replace and mail my Necklaces, then Refund me

Dreadful. I bought a necklace that I thought looked cute and elegant, but it’s really a cheap piece of trash that arrived damaged, was too small, and broke. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Not worth it. I tried to contact customer service and they kept projecting a narrative that it never shipped. They kept pushing a replacement for the faux pearl heart necklace that is evidently being sold at SHEIN for a $1.59 and “worth” over $45 for it. That is unacceptable. No legit company would do this. An absolute scam. Do not buy. I also think the good reviews are either from shills or bots.
I purchased the 5 bracelets set. They looked beautiful when I opened the package. I wore them for 2 days and they all completely tarnished. I notified Venice of the situation and they only offered me credit or 30% refund. I thought this was totally unacceptable due to the fact that all this happened within a week of purchase. After going back and forth about me receiving a full refund, they still refused and only offered the store credit or 30%. Why would I want to make another purchase with a company that is so inconsiderate of their customers. I looked at reviews before purchasing so I felt confident. I will never purchase from them again or refer them to anyone. Please be advised, if your product tarnishes you will only get store credit to purchase more products that will potentially tarnish within days of wearing or a measly 30% refund. The 1star is only because it didn’t take long to receive the item.

I reached out to Veinci’s customer service regarding the warranty, and although it took about two months to receive a replacement, they were incredibly professional and kind throughout the process. They took full responsibility for the delay and even offered me store credit as a sweet gesture of appreciation for my patience. With that credit, I treated myself to their Herringbone Diamond Dazzle Necklace in Gold and the Veinci Signature Gift Box—and wow… it’s giving total luxury vibes! I love that Veinci truly owned up to the situation and made it right. It’s nice to see a brand that values its customers and stands by its pieces.
