My experience is in the middle with this company I have ordered 4 different times 3 different items from this company.you all seem to have many different vendors and the quality of each item is totally different.i am being brutally honest I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone because of the inconsistency of/in the quality of this (stuff) the bracelets were so bad that I wouldn't even call it jewelry, you can get better stuff out of the dollar store they actually came tarnished and the paperclip initial necklaces have broken and tarnished already, I feel no need to even explain further, I keep seeing your advertisements on social media all the time and I look at what you advertise and shake my head because it's definitely not what I have received overall my experience with this company I couldn't even put into words

I absolutely loved the two initial pendants and necklaces!!! Beautiful and exactly what they said! Does not turn. I will for sure be ordering more jewelry from Venice!

Oh my God. Worse customer service experience ever! I have been trying to return the two bracelets that I had bought a few weeks ago. I started my engagement with the customer service team on 5 August and I still haven’t been able to return the items. In addition to that, they asked me to send the bracelets to a random address in USA, although the bracelets were sent from a UK address with a Cannock return address on the envelope. If I ever manage to return them and get my money back, I will go out and celebrate this massive achievement

they tell you it is a life time warranty but when you contact them regarding this you have to pay more money for this and my rings look like they came from a $2 shop not impressed and would not be surprised if they do not post this. I had to click on the happy face to come through to this section

These earrings are the perfect size and are very comfortable… better quality than I expected!

This is like all those other advertisements where women are retiring and you get cheap Chinese jewelery.It comes from China and if you have to return anything you have to pay to ship it back to China.How this is getting all these good reviews is beyond me.If it's too good to be true it is.Do not buy any of these jewelery coming from China.They don't tell you that.

I have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks now for my order to arrive, everytime I track it, it says -in transit-has said this for nearly ten days now, contacted veinci, very slow to answer and have basically told me to be patient, my order was for a birthday gift which has now passed, I'm very disappointed with the customer service I have received, I have paid for goods which I have not received, either refund me or send another by a different courier...would definitely not recommend this site

Absolutely horrible and cheap necklaces. Feels like plastic. Had bad feeling after reading reviews so asked to cancel my order but they kept coming up with excuses so had to go through with it. It took a while to receive order and knew why there were so many bad reviews about quality. Not worth money and definitely don’t buy from this company. Cheap and nasty product. Would give it a minus stars if I could.

My bracelets arrived in quick time. They are beautiful and I get lots of compliments. I would say I'm lucky to have small wrists as they are quite small.

When I placed my order for the silver necklaces I couldn't remember if I'd ordered the correct initial although it was about 2 minutes since I'd placed the order the customer service was excellent and said they would try to intercept and edit for the correct initial.., and they did within 24 hours so I ordered the gold set because of the awesome customer service (I don't wear gold jewelry ) but I figured I'd try

I was about to make a purchase, but thought to come to Trustpilot first. When I saw the rating I was excited, but after reading the reviews something definitely seemed fishy with their current high rating. After digging a little further I came across a landmine of negative reviews with consistent patterns of 1. Orders never arriving 2. The items tarnish after days of wear 3. Customer service is terrible. Do yourself a favour and prior to making your purchase, head to the company facebook page, hit the 'mentions' tab, and read the reviews there. They all read significantly different to what you read here.
