I ordered a necklace on the 10/6 for a friend’s birthday on the 27/6 and am still waiting for it to be delivered. I have sent an email but no one bothered to respond to me. Not very good customer service and very disappointed as no updates received. I will not be buying anything for this company again. Money taken and item not received. Please refund me. Thank you

I truly wish I were able to enjoy the items purchased, but the courier had other plans. I purchased 3 necklace sets and a bracelet (not to mention I was to receive a free gold bracelet for my purchases). The items were marked as delivered to my home at 8:44am, 06/18/25 courtesy of GOFO Express. Mind you, there were two different tracking numbers as there were two different orders. The home attached to the delivery was an abandoned home with no address listed on it so I'm completely sure the courier stole my packages. I have reached out to Veinci via email and through the website but has heard nothing from them. Horrible customer service from two different brands almost a month apart has taught me a valuable lesson. If I can't go into the store to purchase it, I don't need it.
