This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I have not received my order tracking information as promised and cannot reach Veinci through the contact info they provide. I have requested that my order be cancled and my monies be refunded. I have reported Veinci to various consumers agencies to stop this fraud from happening to others Response to Veinci: You responded on Trustpilot,but have not responded to me by email about my concerns. I have requested that my order be cancled, please do so .. 2nd response to Veinci new email .. Your provided shipping info for one item shows that you are located in Mainland China not the USA as you state on Trustpilot and your shipping info emailed to me. Your shipping info also shows that the shipper is waiting for the item and that my order placed June 8 is to be expected July 13.. you promise delivery within 15 days .. Scam .. Scam .. Scam 3rd response The peice you stated is custom is on its way ?.. while your stock item is delayed. You have addressed everything but my refund which was requested before I received your email stating that my order may be here within 30 days.. you advertised delivery within 16 days.. I hope that people see this review and not be scammed like I have been .. you state you understand about my feelings concerning your companies delays and refusal to issued a refund.. if you truly understand and so reputable your next correspondence should state you have issued my refund..
