Shocking return process
Oh my God. Worse customer service experience ever! I have been trying to return the two bracelets that I had bought a few weeks ago. I started my engagement with the customer service team on 5 August and I still haven’t been able to return the items. In addition to that, they asked me to send the bracelets to a random address in USA, although the bracelets were sent from a UK address with a Cannock return address on the envelope. If I ever manage to return them and get my money back, I will go out and celebrate this massive achievement
