The gentleman that came to tow our Explorer is a thoughtful and kind man who was on time. He is patient and explained how to transfer the title on the Explorer. He also explained what to expect from you in regards to the arrival of our tax documentation.
Showed up 5 hours late. Have rec'd 4 notices of tolls being run since vehicle was picked up. Title not transferred for at least 1 month if at all.
Very fast response and pick up schedule. Had my car picked up within a week and then had my tax documents within a month. Could have had it sooner, but I sat on something they needed for me for about a week.
It was a hassle from the time we made contact with the company to pick up the vehicle. The driver was extremely rude. However, Rita Morgan was professional and helpful. They couldn’t locate the title which was left in the vehicle only because we didn’t want to have any further contact with the tow truck driver. It should not have been this difficult. We also pulled the truck back. But realized it was the contracted tow truck company that was extremely untimely, rude, and unprofessional.
The car I donated had my wife’s name and mine on the registration She passed away this past January I took the death certificate and her Oregon learners license to the DMV They took her license and made copies of the death certificate They told me that when I get rid of the car to be sure to include the death certificate along with the registration paperwork Which I did when the driver came to pick up the car But whoever is handling the paperwork for the donation were not satisfied with what the DMV said to do So they are making it very difficult on me They already picked up the car but said the DMV was incorrect with their instructions So now the donation company is making me have to do redundant paperwork that is time consuming and unnecessary and confusing 🫤

I was contacted in less than 24 hours by a local business to make arrangements for them to pick the car up. They were prompt and courteous… a pleasure to work with. Proper documentation was provided for tax purposes. I am pleased with the process and am glad I was able to find a worthwhile charity to donate my car to.
The customer service was very good and followed through in a timely fashion to pick up the vehicle. The only thing I haven’t received yet is my receipt for the donation.

It was so easy to donate my RV. I called and sent a few pictures and it was done. I did not even have to go to the storage yard. I gave them the address and they came and hauled my 5th. wheel away. I could not believe how easy it was.
