Very efficient - Jay the tow truck operator arrived on time. He texted me 30 minutes prior to arrival so I could be outside to guide him down our lane. Teh paperwork Vehicles for Veterans Car Donation Foundation arrived shortly.

This company is a scam. My family donated our car last summer and we're still waiting on the final paperwork. Zero contact since the tow company took my car. They now claim to not have any idea who we are or that they've got our car at all. Do not do business with them. Like most companies that claim to support vets,they're frauds.
