The request to change is only partially completed. I have not received (or been able to find an electricity supply quote. I have completed for gas two days ago. I need to evaluate only after I have finalised the switch.
Switch over was swift. Submitting readings was more difficult than I expected. Asked for electricity readings for S/N and D. What does this mean? On economy7 I would expect a day and night rate. So I've submitted numbers but which one should go to S/N and which to D, I've no idea. Received a SIM card, which I'll be using. Thank you

These people are dedicated to finding the best possible deals for us, the bill payer. The harder they work the more money we save. And just because they find you a good deal - it doesn't mean that's you sorted. They constantly check for better deals and often contact me with better ones. They are not like the majority of all companies - just out to make money for themselves.
