Amended as all is now sorted after speaking to Utility Warehouse. For future reference to Utility Discount please be more transparent and tell your agents to be clear during the first moments of the phone call of whom you are.

Utility discount have conned me into buying a package for gas electric and water with a “free SIM card”. I received a letter today to state that I will be getting only gas and electric and I am paying £13 for a sim that I don’t even need!! I called utility warehouse and found out they don’t even supply water. As a first time buyer trying to move into my new home. I am stressed out and completely disappointed and disgusted with this company of mis-selling their product just to get a sale. I would not recommend this company at all.

The fact they reduced my energy bills. Don really want sim card as I already have a good deal with my current provider. But s reduction always helps.

Josh went above and behind to help me and he resolved my problem with superb efficiency.

Sounded good called my original supplier they made me a better offer. So 3 days later I cancelled both power and phone. They still trying to make me pay for sim thrown away as instructed
