Most online services aren't professional because they don't have to see their clients face to face, but this service has done a phenomenal job of being professional.

I can't write the best review since it's only been a few days but I'm already seeing improvements on my accounts.

This is an absolute scam. I have been trying for months to cancel and no one every answers the live chat. And that is the only option to cancel. They also increased the price by $200 with out informing me. I have been dealing with this for over a year. This company has stolen thousands of dollars from me. DO NOT TRUST RESPONSE: Jessica... I have emailed that address at least 50 times with no reply. And the chat is an joke! It forever says "Back tomorrow". Tried to message it at least once per week for the past several months

They are running a scam. They make it impossible to cancel your membership. I have sent them messages via live chat & email - no response. UPDATE: Still refuses to cancel or refund me. They are asking me to setup a meeting via calendly... the link doesn't even work

Amount in dispute $299 I signed up for a one-month discounted trial with UpGrow.com, which advertises itself as an “AI-powered organic Instagram growth” service. Their homepage claims to deliver real, engaged followers using advanced targeting based on niche, location, age, gender, hashtags, and language — and they explicitly state they do not use bots or spam. However, shortly after signing up, it became clear that the service did not deliver on its promises. The followers I received were clearly fake, spam accounts, or bots. There was no real engagement, and none of the followers matched the targeting criteria they advertised. In short, I did not receive the service I was promised. I attempted to contact UpGrow multiple times. I used their live chat feature on three separate occasions, each time entering my email and the issue, and each time being told an agent would follow up the next day. No one ever responded. I also emailed support@ and received no acknowledgment or reply. Additionally, I called the phone number listed on their website and left a voicemail but received no response. This company is making false advertising claims, delivering a misleading and non-functional service, and ignoring all legitimate customer support inquiries. I am requesting that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to protect other consumers from being misled or charged under similar false pretenses. I am a resident of California. Under California law, businesses are required to provide a simple and accessible method for canceling subscriptions online. UpGrow.com does not provide an option to cancel through the website or account dashboard, which may constitute a violation of California’s Automatic Renewal Law (ARL).

Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. Yes, AppGrow delivers the followers — but they are completely fake. They come from random countries, have zero engagement, and are entirely off-target. Not only is this useless, it actually damages your account. Because these fake followers don’t interact, the Instagram algorithm gets thrown off, and your organic reach drops to zero. The only real “solution” is to close your account and start from scratch — so it ends up being worse than doing nothing. Customer service is basically non-existent. They only reply if you’re trying to upgrade or spend more. Otherwise, the chat is dead, and the only way to get a response is to threaten legal action via email. Honestly, it’s a scammy setup that can seriously harm your brand.

Extremely Disappointed – SCAM WEBSITE! Unauthorized Charges After Unsubscription – BE CAREFUL My experience with Upgrow has been a nightmare. They charged me $800 months after I unsubscribed — an unauthorized charge that I am still waiting to be refunded for. There is absolutely no way to reach anyone by phone or email to resolve this. This feels like a scam designed to take your money without any customer support. Please be very careful if you consider using their services.
