Adds a touch of class to the interior
I went with the black and beige combination and I'm seriously impressed. It complements the original interior beautifully. The fit is snug, the stitching is spot on, and I've already had compliments from passengers. This is the kind of product that makes a real difference to your everyday driving experience.
I haven't received the right order
I haven't received the right order. This was months ago. I have sent many emails and only had one reply saying someone from customer service will be in contact. Avoid!!!

I should have checked the reviews! They are AWFUL fake mats! Cheap and flimsy also do not fit. £200 and they are worth £10! No refund. As from china 🇨🇳 can’t get a response and no refund. FAKE company. BEWARE!

Tailor fitted! What a joke!!
Took over 4 weeks to deliver, tried to contact but no reply. When they were delivered the packaging was pathetic and the mats were totally crushed and creased. When we tried to fit the mats and boot liner it was obvious straight away they were totally wrong. Boot liner a foot too small and the rest clearly didn’t fit. I contacted them and when they finally answered they asked for evidence they didn’t fit. Took photos and they admitted a few days later they were wrong and said we could have a refund but had to send back first and would send a link with returns label- that never happened so luckily I paid with PayPal. Opened a case with PayPal and sent all evidence and they never even responded to PayPal so the case was closed on my side so full refund. Just got a full set of poor quality car mats that don’t fit!

Ordered a set of car mats
Ordered a set of car mats, they eventually came but were worse than useless, they did not fit obviously made for a different car, they are ignoring my emails, I wished I had used PayPal then at least I could have recovered my money, stay away from this cowboy outfit and source your car mats with a reputable company!

I ordered car mats for my VW Passat and I after one month I receive the wrong items. I complain to customer services. They were in communication till the time was nearly finished and I raised my issue to pay Paul . Luckily I paid with PayPal and I’ve got a refund after the deadline, as they have not communicated. Very disappointed for wasting my time and money which I received back, thanks to pay Paul should have gone to diamond car mats as I have used them before in the past

LIARS and awful product and service
Brand suggest their in the UK - there not its a Chinese business. 3 weeks to deliver mats arrived wrong size and take 48 hours to reply keep dissapearing. Paypal case opened for refund. Awful customer service and a cowboy firm avoid at all costs 4.9 review rating on their website - where are these reviews brands a shambles and liars.
