Adds a touch of class to the interior

I went with the black and beige combination and I'm seriously impressed. It complements the original interior beautifully. The fit is snug, the stitching is spot on, and I've already had compliments from passengers. This is the kind of product that makes a real difference to your everyday driving experience.

I haven't received the right order

I haven't received the right order. This was months ago. I have sent many emails and only had one reply saying someone from customer service will be in contact. Avoid!!!

Ordered mats for front rear and boot of my car, i recieved one matfor the front and the boot mat. Quality of what i recieved was terrible, i wouldnt even put them in my car, ive asked for a refund but i wont see a penny of that. Be warned Do Not waste your money on anything from ultra car mats, absolute scam.

Ordered mats for a 2021 Range Rover Velar.Very poor communication relating to the fitting of the drivers side mat. Plastic tabs for securing to the centre console missing but fitted to the passenger side.Velcro tabs supplied but not appropriate for this type of fixing Notified Ultra Car Mats but no response After numerous emails company did rectify drivers side mat and supplied a replacement Quality of overall product is good but communication could be a lot better

I'd give them less than one star if I…

I'd give them less than one star if I could... 2 months have elapsed and despite them sending tracking details the consignment remains (apparently) in China. The business appears to be nothing other than a complete scam. Update 17th March. After 4 months with no delivery I'm just updating this to confirm the business is nothing other than a complete scam; I note the ad is still doing the rounds on social media. I've opened a claim via my card provider in an attempt to recover the loss.

Bought the car matts but front one don't match with the car at all, asked for replacement or refund, after 6 days still no reply, now I have 120£ loss and a set of car matts that are useless. Avoid!

Received damaged packages and no refund

Received damaged packages. Ended up refusing packages and sent back to supplier address with usps received receipt of delivery. Correspondence with company is a waste of time. Repeated emails with no response. I want my money back! I have no desire for replacement mats. This company sucks and doesn’t have satisfactory customer support. This company has my money and the returned goods. Appears I have been robbed. Crooks! Thieves!

Avoid

Avoid. Sent floor mats that did not look anything like the photos on their site. Considering that this product has a significant aesthetic element, this is a big issue. I contacted them and normally they would reply within a day but now they do not reply since I have raised this with them. On their website they have a refund policy however if they don't reply to you how are you supposed to get a refund. I bought with via AMEX and have opened a dispute with them that way. I would not purchase from them as they do not respond or provide a product that looks like what is on their website.
